The rooms were really comfortable, beautifully appointed and sound proof from the street below. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of food on offer. The chocolates in the rooms were a nice touch and delicious.

The bathroom mirror is placed rather high preventing shorter people to see their face.

Exceptional elegance and luxury. It exceed our expectations. The location, just central, minutes away from museums. Welcomed by a polite and skilled staff, valet parking (cost 30/day). While check in the hotel is offering refreshing warm towels, a selection of coffee or a glass of champagne. Flowers everywhere. The room was crispy clean! A small box with complimentary chocolates welcomed us at the room which was spacious with a wooden floor. ( I don't like wall to wall carpeting at hotels because they usually have a smell). Furniture are contemporary and relaxing and the tv screen is "appearing" through the room mirror if turned on. Also cleverly hidden in the room desk are plugs and a wireless charger is offered for your devices. The indoor swimming pool with a chandelier above, the gym facilities and the spa very pleasant. The breakfast was a feast combining a variety and quality buffet but also offering additional plates such as eggs royal by order( no extra cost). The front desk staff polite, smiling and willing to offer info and reply to all our questions. Overall we are grateful for receiving such a lovely hospitality.

We could not have improved anything during our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Our second visit to this lovely hotel situated within walking distance to everything within the city centre. Extremely friendly, helpful yet professional staff welcomed us with a drink . Breakfast provided a huge range of fresh and cooked food with complimentary health shot and glass of champagne.

Somtime the keys to the room stop working, requiring us to go back to the reception and get new keys.

There was noise from some renovation works during the day.

Greater in arrival with a hot towel and glass of champagne, good central location but still quiet. Staff were very helpful. Junior suite was excellent, bath with bath salts.

Very minor thing - Spa doesn’t open until 9am would have preferred to have an early spa around 7am, took a while for sauna and steam room to get going as not switched on into 9.10 ish (not sure if one off)

A wonderful impression from our stay at the hotel! Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. The hotel itself looks very stylish and cozy, with everything clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom stocked with excellent toiletries. Highly recommended for accommodation.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, helped us arrange airport transfer and restaurant reservations. Spa facilities are included - steam, sauna, etc. and they are exceptional. We have traveled to many luxury hotels around the world and their steam and sauna rivaled those of four seasons and Ritz Carlton. Beautiful view, free coffee delivery to your room. Room service if you’d like. Highly recommend the hotel!
