Excellent service and excellent facilities. The breakfast was amazing to choose what you prefer and the location is near by all the popular monuments. Really easy access to the hotel and the service and the cleanliness beyond our expectations.

Nothing to dislike.

The employees were the wipe cream on the Apple strudel! Professional, polite, accountable, knowledgeable and resourceful. The hotel is well located, few steps from all the glory of what Vienna has to offer. The breakfast was a delight and we were very happy of the Sunday extended hours to 2pm which offered flexibility. The free coffee initiative fitted very well with my habits. Their sustainability approach is one of the best I have experienced. Sans Souci is my place when I go to Vienna!

Everything was spot-on - from the decorum and the amenities, to the services and the staff’s attention to details… I arrived early, so I left the luggage with the concierge to just go for a walk into the beautiful city. Found the luggage (appropriately) brought to the room upon my arrival. Every possible effort was made to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I will certainly come again…

Nothing, except that the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't stay another night :(

Everything was pretty, the lobby, the decor, the artwork and the place had a nice, relaxing vibe. Our room (junior suite) was large, airy, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with bath tub, separate shower, separate toilet and Balmain amenities. The room didn't have coffee/tea facilities, instead you called room service whenever you wanted, ordered your coffee and it arrived in minutes, for free! The staff was brilliant; kind, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good, a buffé combined with a menu of hot items to order from. The food we ordered from room service was very tasty and arrived promptly. We didn't have time to try out the pool and the spa.

The Sans Souci Hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It is truly a wonderful, beautiful property very well maintained with impeccable service and a friendly, professional staff. The room was spacious and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant off the lobby was also beautiful and the breakfast was delicious there every morning.

We had booked two double rooms for the same price, but only one room (#317) had a city view, whereas the other room (#316) was somewhat smaller and had a view of the internal court. It would have been nice to inform us upon arrival about the differences.

We were traveling with friends and booked two deluxe double rooms for the same price. We had a wonderful stay including an exceptional breakfast and great service. The hotel is situated directly at the MuseumsQuartier and very close to the famous Spittelberg quarter. The walking distance to the old center is 20 minutes, but there is also a subway station close to the hotel, so that it takes about 13 minutes to the Stephansplatz in the center. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Excellent staff at the hotel and extremely accommodating and helpful. The Breakfast is amazing and has a rich selection of dishes to choose from. The free Coffee to the room is a great service. The hotel has wonderful amenities like a Spa, Indoor pool, and a Bar. There is a convenience store located below the hotel which makes it very easy to get additional food or other things. Great location as well: Walking distance from Leopold, Nat History etc museums!

I paid extra for a room with a balcony but the balcony overlooked the internal building courtyard which was not nice at all. I certainly should not have had to pay extra for that view!

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The spa facilities were great too. The location is close to the museum quarter but also on the edge of the 7th District which is a bit more 'boho'.
