Extraordinary place and stay! What a wonderful place to take a break and the staff are just super helpful. Matthias outdid himself with all the knowledge of the city and the bookings of restaurants, concerts and honesty. He booked the bouquet of flowers for my wife and it was just great. Overall, a man anyone who appreciates service that exceeds expectations would want to hire and keep. I can safely say that in my 18 years of business and leisure travel, I have maybe met one more person who was just as keen to help guests, with a smile on his face, never too much hassle to help out. Everyone else was also friendly, I can't remember their names! Breakfast was fantastic, we didn't try the restaurant but it looked very nice. Room is comfortable and a minimalist, lovely big rain shower room and Molton Brown toiletries. The spa is excellent, opening hours rather long too. My wife enjoyed her lymphatic drainage massage and I the gym and steambath /sauna/pool. Rare for me to say, but we left relaxed and recharged! Well done team Sans Souci, you deserve congratulations.

Everything. unfortunately I fell while there and had to go to hospital. staff at hotel helped my wife get taxis to and from, arranged for changing our flights plus transportation to airport. beautiful property

if have long hair have to wear a hair cap even if say have hair tied up , if have hair shoulder length it’s fine so doesn’t really make sense . mini bar was a bit rubbish just had nuts and water there was no air con if not what they think is hot outside our room was 26 degrees and we couldn’t have air con so had windows open which was noisy if have a room by road it’s a busy junction so can hear the tram and load music from the cars when they stop at junction , not buildings fault but did wake me up each night .

beautiful building , staff were super helpful and polite , all smiles and happy . bedroom was spotless and well furnished , bed was super comfortable and bedding was so soft ! bar area was lovely , food was top notch heated bathroom floors was lovley location is perfect for a 5 mins walk to centre

I stayed at this hotel for my honeymoon, hands down its one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. 1. The staff were simply the sweetest. Very helpful and courteous. One staff in particular Mr Matthias Nebenführ from the front desk, went out of his way to give us suggestions and helping with our plans. Very pleasant to talk to. 2. I have stayed in both rooms the regular and the junior suite. Loved the intirior, very classy and modern. 3. My favourite part was the breakfast, mixture of buffet and al a carte. Amazing food and great service. Overall I would definitely recommend staying in Sans souci whenever visiting Vienna.

The hotel is very modern and new, I liked the decor. Very clean and smell of flowers in the hall. Everyday you have bottle of water and you can order coffee or tea from the room service with no charge. The staff always smiling and very helpful.

Extremely spacious and clean rooms, with all amenities. location is perfect with the tram and metro very close by. close to the city centre but also to a more local neighbourhood to explore. breakfast was wonderful . very helpful staff. we loved the coffee line ( you can ask for coffee as many times as you need ). Nice little gym fully equipped .

great location that is close to the museum quarter and an easy walk to the central shopping area. located in an edgy part of town, it is surrounded by loads of great bars and restaurants. staff were awesome and no aka was too big.

We were very tired from traveling when we arrived and the staff could not have been nicer. We also arrived late and they arranged a car service to pick us up at the airport which was seamless.

The departure taxi was called too late and it caused a significant amount of unnecessary stress and we missed our train… by just a minute or two… 😬

We loved everything about this hotel! From the check-in where we were offered a cold towel and refreshment, to our beautiful room which we were given an upgrade. Everything in the room is well thought out to the plug points on the wall to the large kettle on a separate table - not scrambling in a cupboard for a small kettle and where to plug it in! Free coffee 24 hours was also offered! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! a complimentary glass of champagne also offered with breakfast. Can't fault anything! And close to walk to the all the museums!

I stayed in Superior room for 4 nights. I really enjoyed this hotel. All starts with a valet parking, when they take out your bags and deliver them to your room, while also taking your car to the parking below hotel. At front desk I was offered a fresh towel to freshen up and very tasty ice tea, which was good at +28 outside. Room was big. Very clean and spacious. Pillow menu I didnt try, as pillow in the room were suitable for me. Mini bar is at price, but coffee service to the room was complimentary at phone call to reception. Breakfast is a la carte and tasted really good. Small tweaks in salt/pepper may be needed, as everyone has its own tastes. But when an omlette was served to my wife, which she said was too salty, they immediately cooked another one with less salt in it. Hotel location is very good! Hofburg is a 7-10 minutes walk, a lot of museum near the hotel. Quite a lot of bars and restaurants. We managed not to use taxi at all in Vienna, except trip to Schonbrunn. I definitely would use this hotel next time
