The Air Conditioning worked on pre-set temperatures, and could not be changed by the guest.

Breakfast was quite good and had a lot of variety. The location was also excellent; less than ten minutes from the metro station. I also loved the James Bond theme of the hotel!

It would be nice to have some fitness/wellness facilities. The availability of bikes would also be great.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated room. I especially liked the window seat with a nice view out the window. Convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs that serves a variety of different types of food for dinner and lunch. Very good breakfast. Nice inner courtyard/terrace that would be lovely in warmer weather. Love the plants all over the lobby and restaurant.

Hotel UNO is like one year old, so everything still feels brand new 🤩. The rooms are well-designed and very comfortable. The lobby, which includes a restaurant, has an excellent atmosphere with all the flowers and plants. It’s just amazing. Also, the hotel’s location is really good. Everything is near the metro, the Vienna International Centre, and the shopping mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food from the restaurant is so tasty. You have to try it.

Easy to get to from Vienna airport by bus. Great hotel, rooms were very stylish. Lovely bar and restaurant. Perfect location for Donaupark parkrun.

The staff seems somewhat unsure of their tasks service is fair, but there is minimal engagement. When asked about the building in front of the hotel, none of them seemed to know what it was. Ordering beers was savage standard. While the experience was pleasant overall, a bit more attentiveness from the staff would enhance the stay.

The hotel's design is truly impressive, with high-quality materials that enhance the overall experience. Situated in front of the rather unappealing UN office, it's a refreshing and stylish retreat in the area. A great place to relax and recharge. Highly appreciated!

A fridge with no additional fee ! Otherwise, classification as 3 stars hotel is not substantiated.

Good for people working during the week at UNO Vienna International Center. Not so for tourism. U-bahn station is 7-8 minutes walk including the long red lights stops!! It's al long walking time with your suitcase when it's raining! Vienna prefers cars than walking people!! Regarding the totek, Perfect!! Nice personnel, good bed, good Italian shower, etc. Nothing negative during my stay (5 nights) I'll come back! Many thanks!!

Only issue, the fold down desk had a really uncomfortable stool. Was not usable for a long work session. However, lovely work stools and bench with sockets in front of Reception desk.

Some people were smoking in the yard; it was difficult to open the window. No sound isolation (corridor, other rooms).

Online check-in, everything online, no cleaners, no disturbance. Close to a bus stop (airport bus stops at the front of the hotel), close to the underground. Netflix available, with automatic log-off every day (I did not have to take care about the log-off at the end of my stay).

Very clean and spacious room. It even had a couch at the window which is nice. The staff was very helpful. They offer storage for bagage but the big lockers were all used. They kept my bag at the reception instead which is fine.

Everything was perfect. No negative comment.

We were with my wife so the room is perfect fit for 2 person. The room was very stylish and compact, you could reach every necessary things easily. There is no reservation desk since it is digitalized which makes so easy to reach your room without losing any time. Plus cafe and restaurant side is well arranged and comfortable so you could sit, work and drink coffe while watching outiside or eat great food just by walking a few steps. We love it.
