The keys on app caused some stress as it wasn't clear the app was required, then it didn't always work. Missed having a kettle in the room for hot drinks.

Comfortable beds, map on the wall, good shelves, hooks etc around thr room, good location, quiet, lots of plugs for charging. Loved the focus on sustainability.

Too many requests to check in before arrival. Spent time downloading an app why I didnt really need. I was apprehensive about using my phone to open the door of our room and was glad that it tuned out to be unnecessary.

The room met our needs in a suitable location at a reasonable price. We had breakfast and it was good. We paid for late check out which met our needs well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom needs major remodeling. The bathroom doesn’t have a door. Unless you are coming as couple, it’s not recommended at all. It’s a NO NO hotel for people with family.

It was clean. Staffs were very, very nice. The hotel has a great storage facility for keeping luggage. It was a life saver. Breakfast was very good.

I would have much preferred a normal check in procedure and an actual key. It got annoying having to always sign in to open the room door. I also was always passing my phone to my partner when he left the room so he could get back in. I also think I would have preferred a shower that was in a separate room even with the curtain you can pull across.

The room was super cute. Great shower and comfy bed. The hotel had a fun, modern look to it. The room was very clean. Very close the the main train station.

We were delighted with the hotel. The price was very reasonable (we got a room for 113 euros). It's practically in the city center - there's a tram stop right next to the hotel, and tram D will take you straight to the center; also, the metro and train station are just a 7-minute walk away - very convenient transportation links. Additionally, Belvedere - a huge park and museum - is just a 12-minute walk away, which is practically the city center. Everything in the hotel was excellent - the room was very quiet and comfortable. They let us check in 2 hours before the official check-in time, which was very nice. There's a great café downstairs, parking available, and the option to store luggage before/after check-out. The room had everything we needed. The service was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienna.

Very quiet place, tram line D which is right across the street takes you straight to the city center in about 10 minutes, room itself was clean, bed very comfortable, staff very helpful, let me check in around 9 AM since I arrived a lot earlier than expected. All in all highly recommended for others. :)

The air conditioning was a bit noisy during the night which disturbed me. Unfortunately it was not possible to switch it off completely. Also it is not possible to set the precise temperature that one likes (there is button but not the degrees of Celsius.

Very simple self-checkin via your phone, same with check-out. Has a nice bar/ café in the lobby that was perfect to have a drink and chat with each other. Good location as it’s only around 3 minutes from the main train station.

Really nice hotel at a great location. Nearby train station and tram stop. Loved the design, the staff were kind and helpful. The lobby is really nice with places to chill out and books to read.
