We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyEasy check-in on an iPad. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely-furnished. The hotel is in 5 minutes by foot from Wien HBF and right next to a convenient tram route. The staff at the 24/7 reception is helpful and friendly. Last but not least, they serve very decent coffee right at the reception.

AustraliaI was happy with everything about the hotel, they promoted green which I think was reasonably well done, but the plants which grated you didn't come up to that expectation, one was dead.
The location was good, 1min to a tram, 3min to the train will take you to the centre and airport. Breakfast a great choice of eggs,cereal, fruit, bread, juices, tea, coffee,all you can eat which will keep you going all day. My room was simple clean shower, toilet and comfy bed, air con you could control and quite, and a chose of having it clean each day or not, if not they donated money each day to?
