We arrived late night on a friday, and after doing the self check-in, the magnetic card wasn't opening the room door. I went to the reception again, I didn't have any help from the guy at the front desk and I had to redone a new magnetic card by myself. Another negative point: I forgot a pair of Havaianas flip flops in the room, and sent an e-mail to the hotel on the same day of my check-out. They replied my e-mail after 3 days saying they couldn't find the flip flops in the room. Being sure that I left them inside the room, this only means that someone took them.

Hotel is really cool, close to the train station. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

it was a bit away from the centre but public transport was very good to get around.

mattress was too soft for us. woke up with a lower back pain and in need of a good stretch.

easily accessible from central station. check in was a breeze. we decided to pay for breakfast, rather expensive but they do have fresh carrot juice and fresh coffee.

Very beautiful, modern hotel, nice lobby. The breakfast is the best, everything is very tasty and I especially liked that you could squeeze carrot and apple juice. Convenient luggage room and lockers.

They only clean room on demand, which in itself is ok. But to mark that your room needs cleaning you have to get up really early, which might not be what you want to do during Christmas holidays.

The hotel is nicely situated, and they offer great breakfasts. The room was also overall very nice and spacious. Really liked Vienna map on the wall!

Amazing hotel near the Main Station. Great, comfortably equipped. Very friendly staff. Special big thanks to Carla at the hotel reception. Possibility to store luggage in lockable lockers. The breakfasts are very varied and tasty.

I understand travel sustainability but our towels didn’t changed for five days. TV were blocked for casting and only CNN were available as an English language channel, opposite of what they were advertised. Minibar, coffee machine and kettle are not available in rooms as well as glasses for water or other beverages, that was really strange for four star hotel.

Very clean and cozy hotel near a train station and short tram ride to the city center. Nice breakfast choices and great coffee. Blackout curtains are nice and we got the garden facing room which was really quiet to rest after whole day of cite seeing.

Very good location. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel and you can get easily to the city centre and the train station is 3-4 minutes away.

It is like a budget airline, you do not have neither a water boiler or a bottel of water, no room service etc. However, this are staff that you know before. The stupid voice on the elevatore is annoying any non sense.

The employees were great and also the location of the hotel. I guess room service once in three days would be good.

a bit cold for us. not sure if the fan was working in the shower area and, as it is open to the room, the humidity increases quite a lot

the hotel is in front of tram line D which takes you to the city center very fast. nice common area, great music and atmosphere. parking available at 21 euro for 24 hours.
