Perfect location for skiing. Although the weather was unusually warm and there was barely snow in Abtenau, it is only 10-15 minutes by car to the nearest lift in Russbach in the Dachstein area.

Location (wonderful to wander around the area), hospitality, feels like you’re all part of the family, the view, farm animals, the deer grazing in the mornings just outside our window, breakfast was beyond excellent (especially home made jams). Beautiful.

Everything, very great location, farm surrounded by nature with beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment was modern and well equipped. Travel cot provided as well as all equipment we needed. If you want to have a relaxing holiday, this is perfect. We will definitely come back 😊

Be aware that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but if you want to travel by car in the area as we did, it is fine. Moreover, the hotel is next to a farm (which we realized only upon arrival) so you should expect animal sounds and so on. Nevertheless, it was not excessive so if you like nature a little you won’t mind. All doors in the apartment were constantly closing by itself which complicated the movement.

The hotel is nice, stylish and comfortably equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. A table and chairs on the balcony were a very pleasant place to enjoy the evening at.

The kitchen is bit smaller so if you like cook in your vacation just know is bit hard, but possible. No air condition so maybe in summer it can be warmer than in April/May.

Location is nice but be aware is bit in side of the village. The view, comfort bad and nice facilities, the room was clean and comfy.

This place is like heaven! Very friendly hostess Anneliese, when we called we will be late (thought we will come around 17:00 but we arrived after 21:00) it wasn't any problem. She just left the keys for us and we dealt with everything in the morning. Absolutely unrivaled breakfast from homemade ingredients. A little farm included accommodation, a little swimming pool for children, beautiful scenery.... this place has just everything. Thank you very much Anneliese for your kindness! We would appreciate more comfortable mattresses on the third bed.

The guesthouse is part of a smaller family farm. Pleasant hostess, beautifully cozy and at the same time exemplary clean entire pension, plenty of space, warmth, excellent breakfast including own products from the farm. Every detail is elaborate, tasteful decoration of the room and common areas of the guesthouse. We would love to come back again sometime.
