The Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but the staff mentioned that faster and uninterrupted service will be available starting this summer.

The apartments offer excellent views, making the stay enjoyable. However, you need to walk a bit to the main hotel for food and wellness facilities. Breakfast and dinner were good, but the options were somewhat limited.

The view is great like the name of the hotel indicates. The view changes every five minutes. The receptionist (Christina) was super friendly. During our stay the restaurant in hotel was closed and she helped to coodinate our dinner with a nearby restaurant. Even if we went to another restaurant downtown, we appreciate the effort she made. Our room was spacious and clean. We spent quite some time on the balcony enjoying the view. At night it was magic. During our stay, we enjoyed the wellness center. That was a super experience because we were alone. The pool is in a good size. And we watched sunset there too. Breakfast was fresh and there are many choices and the owner of the hotel was super nice too. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We booked a room with lake view. The view was completely missing. The room was also hot even in October. Keeping the door open helped a bit.

The location is very unique, absolutely beautiful view. The room was nicely done, very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast was the best so far we had in Austria.

No air condition in the rooms and it was too hot at night. But as soon as we opened the balcony door it was great.

Absolutely fantastic hotel.... The drive to it was epic.. the views are stupendous. Hotel itself was brilliant... good spa area... The restaurant was top notch. Definitely worth the little extra to face the lake.... Safe underground parking was appreciated. Lovely room... we will go again if in the area.

There was no lift to my floor, but the stairway was wide and not too steep.

I was there in late October and the weather was beautiful one day and rainy the next. On nice days the view was spectacular, on rainy days the fog moved in and out in minutes. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Nice conversations with the desk personnel. My room was a double room and it was wonderful ! Rather large with a bedroom, toilet room, bathroom, and a sitting room/passageway to the deck overlooking the valley and Lake Constance/Bodensee. Very clean throughout. Nice large closet to hang clothes and jackets. The restaurant was also wonderful. Food was great and with the views who could ask for more ? The staff are friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection of items. The brotchen were still warm one morning !! Parking was close and free.

Ive been staying here for well over 15years, my go to Hotel when im in Bregenz, love the view, the Sauna, the personnel and above all the food/breakfast.

The room faces south with large windows across the whole width of the room and so was exceptionally hot on arrival. There is no AC but we were able to request a fan. There is very little choice of local restaurants within walking distance.

The room was an excellent size with seating area, kitchenette, balcony and great views of Lake Konstanz. The annex is a short pleasant walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very nice on the terrace overlooking the Lake.

The restaurant was a marked disappointment. I was served an undrinkably strong preperandial gin and tonic with a single ice cube, the soup starter was under seasoned and the main course over salted to the point of being inedible. If it were not for this very poor performance in the restaurant I would have no hesitation in scoring the hotel as a 10.

We took the bus to the Bregenz Festival because it would not be possible to enjoy the evening and drive. However, we had to wait over two hours to get a taxi back to the hotel. I would recommend that in the future if one stays at this hotel, either have a designated driver or try to reserve one of the few available taxis.

The room was clean and satisifatory, the view extraordanory. We ate in the restaruant one evening and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
