A staff member gave us wrong directions from the airport and we wandered lost at night for a bit. Other than that staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was too expensive so we walked 5 min to the historic Cafe Sperl and couldn't have been happier.

Pretty comfortable hotel located right in the center of Vienna. With a short walk in any direction you will be at a number of historical palaces, museums, parks and everything else. Naschmarkt market is also close where you have a ton of shops and restaurants to grab a bite or a coffee. Room was quite spacious and the bed was just perfect for me, you also get a complementary bottle of water and tea and coffee refiled every day. All the staff was really nice and helpful.

Although we have not reserved the cheapest room, when we have checked-in, we have received a small dark room with the only window facing just the elevator. However, the front desk accepted immediately to change our room after complaining and we received another room on the third floor, with big windows and a nice view. We have appreciated the resolving attitude.

After we checked in, there was an issue with the elevator not working consistently but it got rectified in a fairly short time, so I can't fault the hotel for that.

Very comfortable hotel room, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Great location. This was the third time we've stayed at this hotel and would happily return again. It is close to everything, and great value for the price.

when you arrive at the hotel to check in, they charge you a guarantee of 50 euros, which you have to pay by card. In the end, I got it back, but it would have been correct for Booking to inform us of this guarantee

quite outdated interior of the room - but this was at the same time also simphatetic ;) the only thing to complain was a very soft bed - but we still slept well, after long walks...

perfect location for our activities (Musikferein, museums, center, restaurants, Naschmarkt, wine-bar etc), parking under the hotel, decent breakfast, mostly helpfull staff, quite big room, everything clean; will probably stay again during our next visit to Vienna, especially because of the location

The room itself was a bit dated, and the bed wasn't as comfortable. The room's only window faced an inner court, but was facing an external lift.. so there was literally no view from the window. Having said that, the bathroom was big and was recently renovated.

The hotel is centrally located, and you can pretty much walk everywhere (majority of museums, the Parliament, Naschmarkt and the city centre are all just minutes walk). The room was clean (spotless) and was cleaned daily.

Breakfast very sparse...no hot food so we didn't pay the extra and left early on the last morning to find somewhere else to eat.

Excellent location for the Naschmarkt, fabulous Vietnamese on the top corner and a great wine bar on the bottom corner. Metro close by, yet very quiet, peaceful at night.
