If you have a problem outside of opening hours there is no one to help you, to take a shower you have to wet the whole bathroom, the bed is small and the mattresses are not that good.The hotel is one for transit and that's it, don't have very high expectations.

The price is quite ok, the location where it is located, the underground parking free of charge

Very bad smell of tiggaretes inside, i must bought a parfume from the downstairs shop, no one answer to my phone to can move on another room,or even later today to ask what was wrong while i let an offline message on the phone. Room was dirty, toilet not desinfected…

We booked 1 hour before we came and we couldnt check in because our reservation was not there, so we had to call the staff to help us. On the bed we found hair and the sheets didnt look like they were clean, at least it dint smell like clean. In the bathroom was water on the floor. Bread for breakfast was older and hard.

the only issue during my stays here was one night that the heating system didn't work, I called the staff and they changed my room and then it was fine.

The parking spaces are very limited. Couldn't find my reservation number, but could checkin with name. Everything else is great!

The self checkin allows us to arrive any time and it is very quick and straightforward. There is a pizzeria next to it so there is always food and coffee.

There is no reception, only 2 check-in machines, one of them was not working. And some refugees around the check-in machine offering money asking you to make payment for them by your credit card as they do not have a credit card. Feels not safe around the entrence. Rooms are really small. For double bed there is only one pillow and blanket size is so narrow even for 1 person despite I booked a double bed. Pillow is too soft that your head bends down as if there is no pillow. Bathroom is the smallest that I have ever seen. I suggest you to pay 10 euros more and stay in a hotel with a reception with a receptionist in it, more secure and with double pillows and normal double blankets for a double bed.

Free parking was a plus.

Crowded when doing the self check in.Horible smell in the room,in the main hall and outside when i bought a coffee next morning. I never experienced or felt that smell in my life so all i could think of is maybe it was a crematorium near by as ii wasn't a smell coming like from bad pipes from bathroom and the room was still clean.After driving 12 hours I couldn't spend time to contact the hotel or Booking. Com as all I wanted was some rest ( to have a bite of food was impossible because of that smell).Worst overnight stay for me.The 3 stars out of 10,was given just because of the clean room ,otherwise it was 1.

There was only one check-in machine in function, the other one was not working. The parking garage is marked well, but was full and parking spaces outside were not marked so with all the companies around it is hard to know where the car could be parked during the night. While the room was clean, the hotel itself and the surroundings were not. The same goes for bathroom/toilette, the cleanliness was far from good. Overall, the hotel was too expensive for what it was, there is much better accommodation near-by for same or even lower price.

Close to highway, nice room, 24h check-in/out.
