I did not always recieve a response to communication, however, when there was an emergency the matter was dealt with straight away.

The apartment was nice and clean, and we were regularly provided with fresh towels. The property is not in the city centre, but is very near to transport links to get into the city easily. There is a Lidls nearby, just a few minutes walk.

The room was comfortable, cosy, clean and well equipped. Tough it was far away from city center, it was well connected with very frequent public transport facility available 2 mins away from the Apartment. Overall Great Value for Money.

Check out is at 11am, but when we left to get a coffee at 10.30am and came back at 10.51am our cards didn't work. We wanted to enter our room, take our luggages and leave at 11am. We talked to a very rude cleaner and explained the situation. He was trying to play it smart and told us that we should be on time next time. When we told him that it's before 11am and we are indeed on time, he checked his phone and saw that it was 10.59. He complained and told us that it's only 1 minute to 11am and that we should have already checked out. I'm sorry but that's not how it works...

Comfortable room with all facilities and quite clean. Although not in the center, the location is good as it's only 5 minutes away from the metro.

If you have accessibility needs, avoid the top floor (rooms 26-28) - To get to our room, we had to take a lift to the last floor and climb two short staircases. The provided duvets were too short/small - they are ok if you are shorter than 160cm tall, but for a person like me (190cm tall), you will need to choose if you cover your head or your feet. There were no air-conditioning vents for ventilation despite having climate control on the wall. We didn't manage to get it working correctly. To renovate the air in the room, we had to keep the window ventilation slats open constantly, making the room colder. On our last day, with severe wind gusts going through Vienna, there was an annoying noise coming from the bathroom ceiling, like it had something loose inside and hitting the surroundings.

Good location, very close to tram stops and a subway station. We got assigned an apartment/flat on the top floor (where rooms 27 and 28 are located), which was like an attic. It was very spacious and cosy and had a fully furnished kitchenette. Comparing the prices with the other options in the city for December, it had a good cost/benefit ratio. I think it was a good apartment to stay in during colder weather in Vienna (fall, winter, early spring). There are vending machines in a lounge room, aside from the entrance hall, and they are not overpriced like everywhere else in Vienna. Furthermore, it is close to several supermarkets (Lidl, Billa, Spar), where you can buy groceries on the cheap during your stay. We had some issues coming through the intermediate door of the building right after entering the main hall and checking in late at night. I almost had to "take the door down", as the lock was accepting the keycard, but the door was not unlocking correctly. We spent around five minutes trying to pass through that door and finally managed. While we found it funny, some people might start to be a bit desperate. Apparently, the door was fixed the next day, and we didn't have issues anymore.

More work should be done on the cleanliness of the apartment, not looking at every detail but a better cleaning every now and then would not be out of place. The apartment was reserved for 4 people, but the beds were made for three, and there were no clean sheets in the closet for another person, they were used and crumpled. Two adults would hardly be able to sleep comfortably on the extra bed, luckily we had two small children so it wasn't a problem for them. Certain parts of the furniture should be replaced or repaired as they are quite worn

As for the check-in and finding the apartment, there were no problems, online check-in was done via the links provided, and you only had to scan the QR code on the check-in device. There are bus, metro and tram stations within a 5-minute walk, and it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center

It colud be cleaner. Under the bed was a lot of dust and hair. The table from the balcony had dirt on it and on the ceiling of the room were slippers prints.🙄🙄🙃

The self check-in was very easy. Every detail is sent to you by e-mail. The location is guiet. The balcony is a plus.

The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is not ideal.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. We like that you can take a room with a separate bedroom and not disturb each other if someone wakes up earlier. Very convenient location: next to the metro and 15 minutes walk to the main station. 5 minutes to the Lidl supermarket. There is a restaurant in the building opposite. It suits us and we really like that there is no staff for check-in and check-out.

A bed linen was stained (it was not washed properly), some dishes in the cupboard were unwashed, it could be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, it's still good.

The apartments are spacious, located close to the metro and relatively close to the center. There are many shops around and a market, it is also quite close to the main train station in Vienna.

Everything except the floors was very clean, but the floors would definitely appreciate sweeping twice...

Great location close to public transport and kids playground, grocery stores nearby as well as McDonalds. Comfortable beds and despite high summer temperatures the apartment was cool and plesant to sleep in. Well working WiFi. Tiny, but equipped kitchen. I appreciated very much the smooth check-in check-out process.

The host wasn’t responsive (the TV wasn’t working, we contacted them and received no answer so we didn’t have TV for three days), no possibility for earlier check-in, the windows were very dirty as well as around the kitchenette, the kitchen was also very poorly supplied if you’re planning a longer stay.

The building is situated in a neighbourhood which doesn't look very safe after 11pm. The fridge was not cleaned prior our arrival. The couch had stains, the linen didn't fit.

The apartments are in a block building with self checkin, lobby, lift and security cameras. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

A relative mess in cleaning. The fire alarm on the ceiling was wrapped in some kind of cloth (probably a sock) and the freezer door in the fridge was missing. It was not possible to store frozen food.

Location was good, near to the metro and to the bus station!! Although at night was a little bit awkward! The room was very clean and had the necessary things but it could have had more. For example, one more shower gel and shampoo, or a paper toilet!! It wasn't enough for 3 persons for 4 nights!'Except from this everything was very good!
