Wifi did not work and the host could not do anything to help. The appartment was a little hot during the evening, fortunately the open windows helpd and was good by early morning.

Location is central, very close to main street. Nice, historical surroundings and the building itself is part of the history. Well equipped, we even had some coffee capsules prepared.

Parking is a little far from the apartment, something to consider if you have large/heavy luggage items. Getting the keys to the apartment took a little time to figure out which lockbox to find the keys in. But then our apartment was on the top floor and there was another apartment on the ground floor with the same apartment number which was extremely confusing. We finally found our apartment and were not disappointed. We were visiting during the summer and the temperatures were very hot, it would be nice to have a fan to use in the apartment as it got quite hot during the day and remained hot overnight.

It was initially not too clear how to locate the keys, but after calling to the property management it was promptly resolved.

It was very pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean. It has all required amenities. Conveniently located just in the center of town. Dedicated parking within 5 minutes of walking. Very good communication with property management. All queries were promptly addressed. Thank you!

We suggest Smile to amend the check- in instructions for finding the apartment door once past the entrance gate. There are no room signs downstairs, and you need to climb stairs to hope finding the right number.

The apartment is centrally located in the old town near the main shopping street. Modern facilities in an old building. Very well equipped. Spacious rooms.

The floor of the apartments in the buildi nh could be marked a bit more precisely.

Our stay at Smile Apartments was great, the check in was very easy and the property was bigger than expected. The room layout was ideal and there were enough kitchen utensils to prepare a great meal. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great and the staff were very friendly when we asked for a late check out. We can highly recommend the property to others.

The only thing we didn’t like is the temperature in the house. We came and found a temperature of 14.5 and the radiator was off, even if after that we have turned the heat on, in the morning we still had less than 18 degress. So in this condition it was very cold. We read that the temperature politics is to not have more that 22 degres in the flat, you will be charged but if you have so much less in this case what should you do :) And another thing, the instructions are not complete, if you would include the part where you have to get the elevator from the right part, to go to what level, etc. that would be necesary and helpful. As we arrived late and we had to call the contact person and bother them at a late noght hour, thing that could have been avoided.

The location was very nice, just in the middle of the old part of Krems. The appartment looks very nice, we had a great stay there.

- it was not indicated that the drinks in the fridge are not be paid for. - covid certificate was demanded even though it was not required anymore - no explanation about handling of household waste - extra cleaning due to long stay was promised but never offered - late checkout was charged on credit card even though explicitly not asked/needed

+ central location and still very quiet + the thick walls of the 17th century building keep the heat out in summer + the loft is nicely renovated and well equipped (incl. washing machine)

We stayed for one day and could have stayed longer.

The location of the apartment was perfect, situated 2 minutes walking from the main street and centre of Krems and very close to some of the medieval landmark building. The apartment was spacious and well equipped especially for a couple. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped and large. The building was beautiful and we enjoyed are breakfast in the inner courtyard. Lastly the apartment is perfect if you travel by public transport since it is close to the bahnhof where trains to Vienna leave every 30 minutes. Really recommend!

We booked this appointment for 3 people. They did not give us enough towels for each guest. There were no sheets for the fold out couch. They ignored our repeated requests for them. The coffee maker was broken. We were locked out when we returned to the apartment after a long day at midnight. The communication with the host was terrible. We sent messages and the email address was incorrect and our messages bounced back. The phone number always rang busy. We had a very hard time locating the property due to 3 different addresses listed in the email to us. It was a very frustrating experience. Other guests were locked out as well at midnight!

Very used and dirty furnitures. Not so clean. Apartment, without microwave oven. No sink in the toilet. Parking was far way, tricky to reach with car.

Location and building is great. Nice area to stay. It is in the heart of the old town.

The apartment was very dirty, with a lot of dust and dirt on the floor, it seemed that the apartment had not been cleaned at all for a long time. The milk for the coffee was expired, the terrace chairs were broken and there was even some trash on the floor. The couch and bed, especially the pillows, were very uncomfortable. We ended up being charged for an extra bottle of wine that we didn't take and the staff accused us of exchanging the bottle of wine for another one so they had to charge it, which was completely absurd. Finally they agreed to give us a refund for the bottle of wine, which we still haven't received.. It was a huge disappointment, even though the apartment has potential (interior design, beautiful building, location).
