Staff are super friendly. Breakfast was great. Location is quite convenient to the lifts - just 5m on the free bus. Sauna was perfect after a hard day skiing. Would absolutely stay again.

The rooms are missing a mini fridge, most hotels at this point have it. It feels like is pushing people to order stuff in the restaurant. Restaurant always had the same menu at nights.

Everything was clean and breakfast was nice. Good location with the bus stop right next to the hotel. The hotel also gives you depot service for skis near the gondolas.

I don't often write a review, but I think it was due this time. The hotel is brilliant, with attention to details like spacious rooms, with large storage space, sweets on the way up from the ski room, and long opening times for the Sauna. The staff was brilliant, friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is plenty and lots of choice. The restaurant is really worth booking for the evening meal. Even if out of the centre, there is a bus stop at the front door, or the possibility to cut across fields.

The title says "Adults only", but it clearly wasn't 100% adults only.

They didn’t have the small notice to hung at the door for not disturb. And the house keeping kept sneaking me up each morning sometimes was 8:30am! I was skiing and obviously quite tired so I was t so please about that. On my last night my key card got damaged and I arrived at the hotel really lates as my friends and I went crazy party. I couldn’t open the door. They had a buzzer which I kept pressing and no one answered . I tried to called the number but obviously I had had a few drinks! Someone that lived near by heard me and came to help me and ended up staying in their apartment because no one ever came to give me access…. It was really bad. To be Honest. When I spoke to them on reception they were blaming me and saying you did t call. But o explained that how about if I lost my phone. Or something. And they kept blaming me. It was really terrible service then. As o was put in danger . It was really freezing and really late and I knew no one! Then never offered an apology. They just blamed it on me…

The staff at the breakfast was excellent. Very friendly. The people at reception was very friendly with exception of the manager. The rooms was old but well kept and for a weekend skiing was perfect as I spent little time at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious!
