The capsule had this lights turn on the whole night, plus the ventilation inside is not enough, I feel a bit suffocated. I try to use the tv but the volume is not controlled by the remote so was impossible to hear with the headset, super high and painful.

Very clean, nice automatic system, self checkin and all available. Toilets and showers very clean as well the capsules.

Location is near on the train station but little bit far from the city center….but its was accessible with train, buses and taxi.

It’s a super budget friendly stay and I absolutely LOVED IT! It’s good to stay in for a few days. It’s like being in a hostel with the privacy of a hotel room. Not to mention it’s really SUPER COOL!

Booking.com showed a different location. There are five spots on different adresses. To my suprize the hotel was located in Prater instead of closed to the city centre. Total dissapointment!

I don't really have any complaints, but I would like to leave here the things that I saw that other people might find unpleasant or annoying if they arrive unaware of them. For someone with a light sleep, it was on the noisy side (they provide you with earplugs though). Also, the towel they provide is quite small, so I would recommend bringing one if you want to use a bigger one. Finally, the headphones on the cabin are not that great, so bring your own (jack connection is available) if you plan to use them.

Convenient and good value for the price (for Vienna). The cabin is comfortable, and showers were in great condition. Location is quite good since it is quite close to the station in Prater.

there was no staff onsite, so no one to speak with directly if there were any issues the lockers weren’t assigned or numbered so it was impossible to find a locker that was free, as some guests had left their keys in their lockers the safe in my capsule was not functional

I am 1.94 meters tall. AND I FIT IN THE CABIN. The small table was amazing to stand my phone on it.

In the capsule the air conditioning weren’t working and every one had to leave the capsule’s door open because it was impossible to sleep due the heat. The other people staying there had no consideration about their own noise. Even 1 am was impossible to sleep due banging of doors and walking around the place and lights on. We were there to sleep until 5 am to get our early flight, but I spent my whole night awake due heat and other guests noises. If you have problems to sleep I definitely not recommend this place.

Those cabins are made out of plastic, due to this the noise cancellation is very poor. I haven't sleep for a night because of a group of partying people.

Noise isolation is not very high, you can get easily waken up by a person sleeping in the capsule above you if they move, speak of leave their capsule.

This place is as good as a hostel can be. I can't imagine a more comfortable hostel for this price, and at this location. The air ventilation is good, I was afraid that I'm going to get claustrophobic but that wasn't the case at all. The toilets and showers were also clean and good.

No cups, tea or coffee. There was a kettle.The headset did not work.

New experience sleeping in pods. Very clean. Lockers provided which could be used after checkout until 18:00. Please advertise this in advance.
