Upon arriving the check in process is confusing. The owner outsourced their customer service to a call center (for their 4 bedroom apt hotel) so getting help for anything requires you to beg for the owner. You share a bathroom with 3 other apartments. Not normally a problem, except the other guests were chain smoking cigarettes in the bathroom and there was no TP. Not an emergency, but it seems the owner rarely stopped by so we never heard about it. Lastly, the walls are a very thin. We were woken up every morning/night but this isn’t really the owners fault, more the other guests we were with. Maybe posting some house rules could help. In one instance other guests were loud until around 3am before another guest told them to shut up. Another morning we were woken up to a man loudly singing in German around 6am. Overall, good affordable option with the normal draw backs of a shared space. This would be an incredible apt for a large group.

Felt pretty safe. Bathroom was nice and had a full kitchen. Room was pretty big.

I was sent to an external link to confirm personal ID before sending instructions, I was not warned on the website and due to lack of wifi, it was complex. I had to call and wait outside the place.

There seems like a moulds in the wall. Crumpled bedsheets and strange smell inside the room.

Pros: Cheap Good location with good access to public transportation Easy check-in Kitchenette and washing machine if you need it Cons: Only one shared bathroom and toilet with potentially eight other guests Shabby interior Mouldy corner in my room Laundry was kept out in the open Loud traffic and other misc.stuff outside even at nighttime Overall: It was bearable, although uncomfortable.

We requested an early check-in since our luggage was very heavy, and we had already arrived. The response was that the room was ready, but we would have to pay an extra €20 to check in early. Upon entering the room, there was a strange smell, and the bedsheets and duvet were wrinkled. The kitchen had a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, and the paper towels in the kitchen had run out. Overall, the stay was lacking in both amenities and hospitality from the host. Would not recommend.

There are no apartment at this address. People who live there now do not know what are talkings about. Phone calls to the number specified in the ad will not be answered. I did not receive a valid explanation of the situation from the author of the announcement. In personal messages, links to incomprehensible sites are sent and electronic copies of personal documents are requested. This is manipulative or generally fake advertising.

The flat is very nice! Very comfortable bed! You can rich the center by bicycle or walking. It’s actually very nice because you get to see much more than only the city center.

there was only 1 electric socket in the room and it was next to the door, so not very comfortable, but we managed

Poorly equipped kitchen with no pan, oil, seasonings etc. The water became freezing cold after showering for five minutes, which the hosts were unsympathetic about, and I had to wait over half an hour while covered in suds and freezing. Huge bathtub that looked amazing but was unusable for this reason. Biggest issue: BLACK MOLD in two corners of my room.

Very beautiful apartment only two minutes away from a supermarket and bus station.

It’s centrally located, with easy access to the city’s main attractions like the Parliament building and the Ringstrasse. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Plus, is perfect for both tourists and business travelers!
