Very basic room, there was never any worker at the reception, very thin walls to the neighboring rooms, loud cleaning in the early morning, there was a 10cm hole in the wall of my room.

Slightly difficult to find the correct key for our room. No tactile numbers on the lift/elevator. Didn't know what floor the lift/elevator had arrived at. No tactile numbers on rooms doors, so hard to find our room in the dim light. No where to find the bufet breakfast or how to pay for it. WiFi password we were given didn't work, so couldn't access the apparent free WiFi. Slight expensive for the twin room.

Comfy twin room in the attic of a large house/hotel. Very quiet. 2 single beds with a couch in between. Comfy matrus, sheets, duvet and pillow included. Towels included. Carpet on floor. En-suite bathroom, with sink, toilet and shower. Hand soap provided and toilet paper. Free WiFi in room. Plug sockets near bed. Lift/elevator to all floors. Room door opened and locked by key. Self-check-in. Code to building and to get key from a lock box inside hotel is emailed on day of check-in. Good instructions from staff. Breakfast is, apparently, available for 10 Euros per person, but not sure at what time and where. Hotel a 6-10 minute walk from the train station and city centre and padestrian old part. Very quiet on Sundays.

The decor seemed rather dated, and with windows open on a warm night it was quite noisy. For the price paid I would have expected air con.

The hotel was in a good central location, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

Good breakfast, we had what we needed. The room was a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. The location was great, in the town centre. Lots of road works, but was on a Sunday so was quiet.

Check out times are way too early (10am), considering you can only check in after 3pm. The cleaning team needs to thorougly check the room/bathroom. We found hair on the bathroom's wall, and the shower screen had not been cleaned well for some time as it had a lot of limescale on it. The extractor needs some proper dusting too, although that seems to be a common problem in many hotels...

We liked that we could check in at any time after 3pm without much fuss ( calls from reception to check on our arrival for example). The loo roll storage is a well thought idea as it saved us from running around the place looking for staff that could give us toilet paper. The location is perfect, central yet quiet. The room we had was spacious yet cosy and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel needs an upgrade, especially bathroom and sheets. There was no shampoo, only a douche gel (not enough) and soap. Bathroom has very weird smell. Breakfast was very poor. The street near hotel is under construction, so starting early morning there is very loud. Luckly we were here only one night.

Elevator was out of order during the weekend. I had to use the stairs to top floor, it was quite challenging. :)

Location is good (center), fully remote hotel, no personal contact. No complications. Room was actually bigger what I reserved but I did not complaint. :D

There was no hairdryer and the beds not very comfortable. The second person was extra charged but we were not informed when asked the hotel for the second person. They told us only when we were checking out. Not very good English communication.

The cleanliness was extraordinary. The breakfast was good, not many vegan options though and we had to tell the exact time we would be there, otherwise there was no breakfast! The location excellent, one step from the center of St Pölten. First time automatic check-in, last minute information but it worked well.

The check in process was a total disaster. I was never informed that I need to do self check in. after arrival to the property I was in need to search for some codes which were said they were sent by mail (false statement). At the end I found them on booking page (in application or website was nothing in messages). Really unpleasant experience. After quit long search I found them online in the confirmation of booking but the message was not fully visible so last number of code for second room we needed to guess.

The damp smell in the downstairs reception and restaurant area. Hotel is tired. "No frills" in the room- no water, no hairdryer but basic soap provided. Creaky/noisy floor in bedroom. Self check in details came late, so it was confusing. Reception only manned in the morning.

Clean and comfortable, well situated to the centre. The spiral staircase was an interesting architectural feature.
