The room walls had some scratches and spots the bathroom was not perfectly clean. Will be great to add some bathrobes and vanity kits on the amnities.

We had an amazing stay to this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment I arrived.The room was comfortable. The hotel's central location was perfect, putting us right in the heart of the city, with easy access to main attractions, shopping, restaurants . Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a rental car and the hotel could have told us where to park and how to get to the hotel with our luggage. The streets were closed for a festival in the square, so we spent an hour trying to figure how to get to the hotel. No one answered when we called.

I'd have appreciated a secure wifi network instead of an open wifi, but this is just a very minor issue.

Excellent location, right in the city center, but also a bit off in a quieter area, which was great for some peace and quiet at the end of a busy day. The balcony with a mountain view was excellent, I could have stayed on that balcony the whole day. Very clean and quiet room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Everything was great, this is definitely my favorite hotel in Innsbruck now.

Bathroom needed more towel racks! No lobby in the hotel, so no place to sit and relax outside the room. Would have been nice to have a lounge area. Would also have been nice to have some food, such as salads, in the bar. The breakfast was adequate, but more hot dishes would have been appreciated. Slow elevator.

Excellent location, right in the center of Innsbruck. Surprisingly quiet, given the location. Very helpful staff. Room was well designed. Everything was super clean. Gym was small but adequate. Good air conditioning (hot days in August!). Nice to have hardwood floors as well as windows that could be opened.

A second chair in the room would be useful and my biggest issue was it said on site parking. There was however I was traveling with a small motorhome and had to park 25minutes away. It may be helpful for others to maybe say parking on site upto 2.1m so we know it’s an underground car park. I probably would not have stayed if I knew I was walking 25minutes each way to then have to check the van

The breakfast buffet is the most spectacular i can think of, wow. The location right in the center of Innsbruck, but inside a super quite courtyard is fantastic. The room was clean and with a great view to the mountain range. Facilities, friendly staff, this hotel really had it all. Glad to come back one day.

Family rooms do lack a view but the crawl in upholstered window reading seat made up for it.

The receptionist was rude during the check-in. I was talking to them in English. I offered to pay the deposit with American Express, but she insisted I pay with another card; she said we prefer a visa. I responded that I preferred American Express. Then she talked to her colleague in German and said I would laugh at him if the card didn't work ( she thought I didn't speak German). I responded to her in German. Then she said I didn't talk about you. This is not how she would speak to the customers; this is not professional.

I wasn't able to adjust the height of the shower head (the other guest insists it was possible). Both of us found it difficult to use the sink without having water splash all over the bathroom counter - it was as if two different architects had chosen the sink and faucet. Maybe a little washer thing to limit the flow would be a short term solution? There were only two little hooks and one small hand towel bar for hanging damp towels. These are all little things - we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location - right in the heart of the city. (The Tivoli swimming pool is only a 20 minute walk away - a really great way to enjoy the view of the mountains while cooling off / watching people jump from the 10 meter diving board). The staff at the desk and breakfast were incredibly friendly. Our room wasn't officially with a mountain view, but you still had a sneak peak of the mountains up there. We stayed in July, and the breakfast buffet had a ridiculous selection of fresh fruit - little passion fruit halves, cherries, watermelon...

It was really expensive for the hotel and the breakfast was not included either, that was expensive too. Staff were OK but not that friendly.

I liked the spa and it was very comfortable and well situated. Bed was very comfortable and facilities were clean.

Had a fabulous 3 nights here. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony facing Nordkette. Room was small but had everything we needed. Bathroom with quality fittings. Bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great, buffet style but lots of choice and quality ingredients. Location was 50 metres from the Main Street and a few minutes from old town - ideal
