A few extras were missing in the bathroom, like a shower cap or small toothpaste.

It's a modern structure right in the city centre. The room was large and bright. The bathroom was also very large with a nice shower cabin with several nozzles.

Fantastic location, right on main square but set back and secluded. Had corner room at back of hotel with big panoramic windows giving spectacular mountain views. Breakfast had more choice than Austria has mountains - squid anyone? Staff were friendly and spoke great English

Great location to downtown and shopping. Also great location if you need a place to say before heading out to the airport. They had staff at the front desk all the time so we could easily check out super early in the morning before our 6AM flight. They also have a parking garage making it very easy for the traveler.

I had a kitchenette in my room and upon request of pans, crockery and cutlery, I was surprised to be told that they only have one set which was out for use at another booking, but this was overshadowed by a following statement that if the kitchenette was to be left uncleaned, an extra cleaning charge would be levied! Happy to have saved this charge as they did not provide the kitchen equipment. The hotel is advertised as a spa hotel, well the steam and sauna rooms were only big enough for 2 people at a time and there was an absence of a hot tube, a facility one would have thought crucial for a ski city hotel!

Centrally located in Innsbruck and some very helpful and friendly staff who made the stay that bit easier by navigating the city and ski resorts.

It was too hot in the room and we couldn't regulate the room temperature. Room service was very, very bad. Even though the hotel is in the center of the city, it is kind of tucked away, but you could still hear constant noise under the window, shouting of drunken people at night and delivery carts during the early morning.

We really liked the location, although there is a price for that (noise). I was also impressed by the specially designed window, which also serves as a lounge sofa. The interior is generally very comfortable. The internet is good and fast. The breakfast was quite decent. I also appreciate that the hotel was happy to accept the package in my name, even though I ended up receiving the package elsewhere. It is worth noting that the hotel offers parking at a reduced price for its guests, which is rare for a hotel in the city center.

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Innsbruck. The Hard Rock Cafe and La Mara Italian restaurant are next door and are excellent options for a meal. Many local attractions are within easy walking distance. Bus stop literally around the corner. The Funicular train is only 10 min walk away. Breakfast was the best we have experienced in a long time, so much fresh fruit and variety. We would highly recommend staying at Stage 12. We will definitely come back again.

The view was spoilt by a large chimney , still lovely view around the chimney but clear glass doesn't really matter when chimney spoils the view. Was nice to sit on the balcony but unfortunately people in the gym on treadmills are staring straight at you. The description says private bathroom. There is no private bathroom. There is a private toilet but the sink and shower were in the actual room therefore you have to wash and shower infront of your friend or relative. There is absolutely no privacy here but the photos in the room description show toilet, shower and sink altogether but they were not. Kettle and coffees and tea bags but no milk or creamer. There was not alot of wardrobe space. I travel light but not enough room for clothes and no draws. The TV does not have any English channels, its nice to watch movie at end of an eve but couldn't watch anything. Despite all this I would recommend saying at this hotel but check your room layout and bathroom privacy as it may not be as described. See photos

The hotel was really nice, clean, tidy, polite staff. Little disappointed with room as it was not as descibed. We were on 6th floor room with a mountain view and balcony. Breakfast is very good lots of cold meats, cheese, fish, fruit, breads, juices, cakes, cereals, bacon, sausage and egg. Location excellent right in old town square
