Room for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was clean and nice. All seems new. The location was in the center of old town, which was very convenient. There is a parking, not free of charge, but very convenient, and with discount when you live in this hotel

There was no place to hang a towel near the shower. Side tables too small. No creamer for the coffee. No book telling about the hotel. Just little things that make a difference.

The only small gripe is that my husband had booked breakfast in the morning without asking the price (our fault!) However, we did not expect 100 euros for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children when the children only had toast and Nutella with orange juice! Although the breakfast area is very pleasant with a good choice of continental breakfast options I would suggest venturing out for breakfast as there are plenty of lovely places nearby and it would be a fraction of the price.

The location of this hotel is excellent right in the centre of Innsbruck. It is a beautiful and relaxing hotel and we wished we had spent more than one night at this location. The family room was excellent for 2 adults and 2 children with all the amenities you could want in the room. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

It is very difficult to find the hotel from google maps. Its located behind another hotel so it might creat confusion to people who are not familiar with the Area. Parking is not free customers has to pay for it. Also I forget my baseball hat in the closet and I called them immediately after I checked out but unfortunately they were not find it. This should give you a concern on your valuable things that you will have it ..

The location on historic area within walking distance. The reception staff very cooperative and speaks English. Room tea makers and Refrigerator Also it is next to small shopping mall and walking to the rivers.

The view from the room was not nice and the price is probably in line with the standards of the City. The room is not big, but sufficient for 4 adults!

The location is very good, there is a public parking possibility to reach directly the Hotel (not clearly enough explained). The mattress is comfortable. The windows are extremely good isolated. Sauna and gym are a nice plus!

The staff aren't the best, despite the front desk staff being very friendly at check in, it feels very robotic with no personal touch. The rooms are cleaned basically and without much attention. More attention needs to be put on staff training and at least asking at check out how my stay was.

Very good hotel situated in a nice area with plenty of food and shopping options. The rooms are modern, clean and well laid out. The maintenance of the property is also good and the lobby is a hip, vibrant feel.
