The fact that we emailed the property beforehand to confirm the our rooms would have a double bed as per the booking confirmation. We were told yes. Arrived in our rooms only to find 2 single beds. This was so frustrating and happened at most hotels, even after doing all of the leg work beforehand of contacting the hotel to make sure. This is an issue when booking through booking.com, so I'd recommend using a different platform because the confirmations aren't worth the paper they're written on.

Recently renovated hotel. Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms have good layout, colour scheme and the bathrooms were fantastic. It was a really enjoyable stay, except for having to change rooms because our bedding preference was not honoured. This is the problem with booking through booking.com. You'll have this problem all over Europe.

Lack of coffee machine inside the room

Everything about our stay was amazing!!! Lovely mountain view from our room made it even more memorable. The one thing that we did miss was a coffee machine at our room which would have helped early morning. Nevertheless the breakfast was outstanding! The cocktail bar was simply brilliant.

The room was lovely but it’s sometimes too warm, as we have found in most hotels in Austria. It isn’t easy to adjust and sometimes it’s not individually controlled. to be fair, I can’t remember if this one was able to be adjusted - but very few that we stayed in were.

Despite the taxi not being quite sure where to drop us off (the vehicle access is limited), the location was fantastic once there. A very short walk to everything. Room and facilities werw great.

the only problem was that the temperature in the room was way too hot and not possible to lower it down.

Came back for second time after years, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. good breakfast and perfect location.

The location of this hotel was fantastic as was the car parking we could use attached to the hotel. The rooms are not a substantial size for a family of four but are well laid out with the bunk nook. Breakfast was good with plenty of options also. The staff emailed us recommendations to book for dinner on Christmas Day and a comprehensive list of restaurants. They sent this to us proactively and in advance because we were staying on Christmas Day and it was therefore appreciated that we didn't turn up and find it hard to find an open restaurant with availability. Thanks for this, it was a nice touch and we were able to book and eat at one of their recommendations when most of Innsbruck was closed that day.

Hot chocolate was bland, tasted like water

Excellent breakfast selection, well presented and tasty! Very good location, close to sights, good bars/restaurants nearby. If driving, be aware that the hotel address is a pedestrian street, you need to set GPS to the nearby Rathaus garage

For the price, the room was really tiny. Hard to open a large suitcase even. Bathroom was great, no tub but awesome shower...loved the balcony...bed was pretty comfy but it all just felt a bit squished in there. Large TV was nice but only English channel was CNN. Would have been nice if a streaming service like Netflix could have been included.

Great location, wonderful breakfast and super helpful staff. Sauna was great. Bed was comfy and shower was strong. Great balcony. Great hotel bar.
