Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. Air conditioner thermostat behaved oddly.
The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice , helpful and professional. Good bedroom, comfortable beds

States has coffee making facilities, which were not in the room but at a charge from a vending machine...
Room was air-conned, which was very much needed in Austrian Summer. comfortable beds, but small room. Bathroom was nice! Parking avail but at a charge which felt like a rip off given the price of the rooms.

1- Pillows are very thin! 2- Room and double beds are tight! 3- Some rooms you have the shower and the basin are in an open place with the bed, i foind this layout is not practical especially during sleep. 4- I couldn't find twin room, i am not sure whether they were fully booked or the hotel does not offer twin rooms.
Location, view, clean, safe, quiet, and breakfast is very very good :)

Although adequate, the room has a cramped feel to it. A very large group of football players "invaded" the breakfast area all at once. Some form of scheduling such large groups would be nicer to the other guests. The equipment in the exercise facility could be upgraded to a higher quality.
Stage 12 has a great location in Innsbruck. The hotel is relatively new with modern rooms and facilities. We had a nice view of the mountains as well. The spa and exercise facilities are also pleasant and large. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a large variety of items.

-When I asked for an umbrella they blocked an amount on my car till I bring the umbrella back -The car parking is not free
-You can't find better than this location. -The staff allows me to use the storage before my booking started -I liked how clean is the room -I forgot my staff after leaving and they massaged and offers me to send my lost items to me

Lack of house keeping…I requested a pillow but no one was there to deliver than I asked for toothpaste again no one delivered.also it’s cool that they don’t have room service but atleast they should some more food items in dispensing machine
What I love is the location also except few little things the stay was super cool

No minibar (although a fridge was provided). Breakfast was rather expensive.
Three things: The view, the view & the view. I got a room on the top floor with a great view on the mountains to the north (and Innnsbruck). Also very centrally located.

we had a family room facing the 'courtyard' which is a narrow alley + a small square in front of the hotel entrance. Although we were at level 5, if you keep your window open at night, the alley and the square work as a noise amplifier. We were staying here from Friday to Saturday, and there were singing and yelling youngsters basically all night, who are walking down the alley. Windows can be closed though and there is air conditioning.
Hotel located right in the old center of Innsbruck, no need to use your car. Your car by the way can be parked in the garage right under the hotel, which has a dedicated entrance to the hotel so very convenient. The hotel seems brand new and everything is in great shape. Beds were excellent.

Beautiful room in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast and staff in dining room were equally great and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a kettle in the room but had to request tea, Coffee, cups etc. Hand soap provided but no other toiletries such as shower gel.
Brilliant location. Very central. Breakfast was excellent - great choice & served to 10.30am. Reception staff were very good.
