It is better to plan your arrival not too late, because of the road. The hotel is situated high in the mountains, which can be difficult to navigate, especially for inexperienced drivers

This is an amazing location for hiking. We found the hotel for an overnight stay and this is not recommendable, as the road is really challenging for 9 kilometers, but perfect if you want to go to the top of the mountains. Very nice staff and okay room, and a terrace with a great view. The food was okay, the pizzas look great.

This hotel is super. It is located on the top of the mountains, about 2 km height. From windows of room you can see beautiful panorama of mountains, also to reach by car this hotel you need to go via beautiful road. Staff is very pleasant, food is delicious. You can spend couple of days just walking around hotel on the top of the mountains. One of best my visited hotels. I really recommend it.

Perfect location: beautiful view from terrace. Great place for a rest and chillout with tasty pizza and aperol :) Location on the Dachstein Rundaweg and just next to 4 small via ferratas, if you still have the energy. Last but not least: Staff is just great! Cheerful, smiling and helpful - all you need after a long way with your backpack. Tasty breakfast which gives you enough energy for the whole day of trekking. Thank you!

It was sometimes hard to find the staff, since there were very few guests so the desk/bar was not always attended. Our room was missing towels, which however they gave immediately when we asked.

The hotel was in a nice, peaceful location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast was OK.

Perfect location for nature lovers. Awesome views guaranteed: panorama of mountains and villages down there. We stayed only for one night, but even then we managed to use the advice the owner gave us to visit the old wooden church built on the rock (20 minutes walk from the place). Rooms are comfortable. There is a restaurant, so you can order lunch/dinner, not only breakfast which was quite tasty by the way. In the morning you can meet cows, goats and sheep walking freely around the hotel. The entrance to the steep road to the hotel is normally paid, but you will get the card during your stay, so it will be free for you.

the menu was a little limited but what we had was very nice so it worked out fine in the end.

The location was stunning and the ride up on the motorbikes was pretty apic. At over 1800 metres the views were great when the cloud lifted enough. Not the easiest place to find but certainly not the hardest and the views and peacefulsurrounding made it very worthwhile.

PLEASURE. Wake up when you above from clouds? Play table games during supper on 2000 m? Excellent staff? Air that only one breath is same as good wine? Hot chocolate cup in morning above clouds and observer 3000 m picks? - This is all about this hotel. The hotel is not recommended - if you nearly, it must to be booked. Thank you from Bliacher family. You are awesome.

This is now going to be one of our favorite places to visit. The views were spectacular, the food was great, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the little hikes near and around the hut were perfect for me and my son.  We will be back again in the very near future.

Lovely hosts who welcomed us for our late arrival. Location is spectacular once you reach the top, also very close to the zip line which my kids really enjoyed. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Great breakfast for everyone’s choice. Unfortunately we didn’t taste the famous scrambled eggs which everyone talks about! 😁 Would definitely go back!

Breakfast options were very limited and basic. Would like to have seen more - but when I asked to get fried eggs they made me some, so you might only ask.

We really liked the setting and location. If you are looking for a place to zone out for a couple of days, go walking and be breath in some fresh air it is the place to be. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Bedding and room also comfy and well equipped. Dinner options - really nice, also some vegetarian food, but portions are massive. Road up is amazing, especially on motorbikes. We will be back.
