Nothing negative to say. One mark could be the salad bar at the restaurant, which didn't include fresh choices and lacked dedication. But that is just a minor remark.

The elevator is a bit outdated. I would have loved to be able to turn off the floor heating in the bathroom as it was too hot for our dog

loved the hotel itself, the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is very good too. Parking was easy too. It's a dog-friendly hotel, which is a big plus! No charge for extra cleaning either.

Overall the hotel was too hot. The restaurant in particular needed to be much cooler when eating.

Location to my final destination. There was a restaurant on site and the food was excellent. The very warm welcome we received on arrival.

It was a bit tricky to find the reception at first (coming up from Matrei on foot).

Lovely, friendly, male receptionist. Fantastic room with brand new ensuite and great view to Matrei from the balcony. Ample space and choice on the restaurant menu and for breakfast. Tasteful ambience, with beautiful lift doors, and space in the corridors.

Loved the comfortable thick and soft mattress after having endured the hard Italian mattresses for a week ;-) Friendly staff made us feel welcome. We stayed for one night on our way home from Italy. Ideally located close to Brenner.

This is a wonderful hotel that benefits from being recently refurbished throughout. The rooms are spacious with great facilities and generous en-suite bathroom. The breakfast bar range was very impressive.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Hotel also had a restaurant serving really nice local food. Room was big and had a mountain view from balcony. Additional bonus was the sauna in the hotel with Finnish type sauna and also steam room and infrared sauna. It was really nice way to relax after a day of skiing in the mountains.

Beautiful hotel all around. The rooms were very nice, we even had our own balcony with beautiful views. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant had good choice of tasty foods. As a plus we could come with our dogs.

This is an example of order. Everything is clear, clean and without fuss. Great communication through booking.com. Quick and detailed answers to all questions. The hotel is very bicycle friendly. There is a lockable convenient ski/bike room.
