The staff were just as friendly and helpful as the first time few years ago, it was just as clean as before. The breakfast were good but sausage and eggs could of been kept full and the beds were hard but that’s just personal preference compared with last time

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Hotel Strasser. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a good choice for a stay in Graz!

The staff was really kind and accommodating. The lady who checked us in on our arrival after 21 was absolutely delightful and kind. Amazing varied and quality breakfast, clean room and wonderful shower. The only problem were the pillows, too soft for us, but that is completely subjective obviously. Thank you for a perfect night in Graz!

The room was a bit too cold when I came and there are tiles on the entrance floor which is basically half of the room and they were also very cold. There were unfortunately no slippers, or maybe better, a carpet. I think it would make the room warmer and cozier. When I left the room to go grocery shopping and left the AC on to warm the room up, it turned off due to mtge electricity going off when you take out the card. I had a great stay, just some constructive criticism.

Remember to put "no disturb" sign when you plan to sleep longer. The cleaners will enter solemnly. Also on the last day, they let you know promptly about the checkout time in case you sleep in.

Value for money. Kind receptionists, excellent coffee in the bar. A functional mid range hotel. Excellent choice.

I have given this review a 9 mainly because of the outstanding service of Eva on reception. She was welcoming and friendly with a warm smile that made me feel important. She helped me book a train the next day and answered several other queries quickly and efficiently. The hotel is very lucky to have her working there. The shower was hot and powerful.

The building is old. The dryer is not working well; it turns on and off intermittently. I had to borrow a dryer from the reception. The heater is also not functioning properly, and I was worried it might not provide heat during the night.

The shower door was stuck and I had to force it open. It's nice to have offered room commodities, but not everyone appreciates sparkling water and the one in the room was the most sparkling I've ever tried in my life. The TV is a smart TV but no smart services allowed (as using personal streaming accounts, or foreign channels availability, i.e.)

Breakfast: amazing, with great variety and excellent quality. Room: silent and comfortable, as business room should be.. Staff: they were awesome all the time, every hour of day and night. I was really surprised at how nice they were.

Free parking in the road outside at weekends and only 20 mins easy walk into the old town. Room was small but well equipped and comfortable.

The parking was full when we arrived, so we ended up parking at the street within some blue lines which was free over the weekend but not sure what we would be charged during the week.

The best room we ever had so far. Spacious and clean, with AC, comfy beds and clean bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great - about 5 min walk from main train station from where you can take any tram to the city center (which was like 3 stops away).
