The room was tiny. The bed took most of the space and there wasn't space to open luggages, or really even move around the bed.

The hotel is super close to the railway station, and there's a tram stop close so you can get to the centre fast.

Rooms looked nothing like the photo’s which sadly was a bad thing. Went to check at the counter wether they had provided us with the correct rooms as they were no where near as luxurious/ nice looking as the one in the photos. Apparently they don’t differentiate between 2 person bedrooms which I guess makes it a game of roulette whether you get a room that is pretty or not. Aside from the bathroom this one was in need of an upgrade makeover.

Friendly staff and within close distance of the station which makes it ideal for people who travel by train. Rooms were mostly clean aside from dust on some counters. They provided a complicated water cooker and tea/ coffee which was nice.

The room was really quite small, especially given it wasn't a particularly cheap stay once breakfast was factored in, and breakfast only just justified its price.

Just a few minutes from Graz main station, so very easily reached if arriving by train. Check-in and check-out were decently efficient. Staying by the train station in Graz implies being a little out of the very center of the city, but it's an easy 15 minute walk to get to the center area area around the river, which was no problem for us. The room had all we needed for a short city break. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the quality was fine, although nothing special.

The negative aspect of the location: on a busy not particularly pleasant main road , but adequately insulated from noise.

Difficult to reply for location : convenient (very close to main station) and easy acces by tram to city centre or about 20 minutes on foot

The only thing I can fault was that the tea/coffee in my room was not sufficiently stocked nor was it restocked when they changed the towels and when I rang reception to ask for more advising of that - I just got told I couldn’t get any.

Very clean, easy check in, easy to find from the train station. Decent distance to the centre. Room was small but just what one person needs.

I don’t think complaining about anything is beneficial so unless something is way out there messed up I remain grateful that places like this one exist.

It’s a decent place to stay. Very centrally located and I don’t think I have any issues with anything at the hotel. The young lady that checked me in was delightful and helpful. Much appreciated!!!
