Nice Hotel, located at 10 mins walking from the center. Room, bathroom and all the rest were really clean. Staf was kind and cooperative. Breakfast was a traditional continental one with sufficient food/drink selections .

The rooms on the last floor are very small and not recommended. But no complaints about that from our side since we asked to move there because of the noise on the main street (construction works).

Wifi was really inadequate in our room and mobile data was not good. Wifi was, however, very good in the breakfast room, which is fine for planning but not so good for a Teams meeting. It can't be that hard to upgrade the wifi, surely?

The room was spacious, including enough of a kitchen to make a basic meal and was quiet (our room faced the back). The location was excellent for our needs (friends living nearby) with plenty of good hospitality around and quite convenient access to trams and the metro. The room had air conditioning and this was essential given the mid 30s C temperatures. Staff were nice and the breakfast buffet was good.

Distance from the Zentrum was a bit far.

The apartment was perfect for three of us since it had two separate bedrooms and baths. It was clean! The mini kitchen was handy. The staff were very professional and helpful. It was farther from the Staatsoper than the ad made it seem.

There was construction work happening outside when I arrived 1am so wasn't able to get good rest. The room was provided with single mattress and blanket, although booking said double bed.

The bathroom needs an update and the smokers congregating around the entrance made it unpleasant to walk in and out of.

The location was wonderful, tram out the front and a 15 min walk to the State Opera House. Supermarket very close by and an excellent coffee shop. Lovely restaurant across the road too.

Wifi in our room was poor, but worked well in the lobby.

5 mins walk from metro station and even shorter from tram stop, supermarket and few cafe. Quite neighbourhood. Appartment isn't new but clean and big enough for a family with 2 kids. Comfortable beds, good air conditioners, balcony. Very quite in night time, desent breakfast, good stuff.

There is nothing really unpleasant about this hotel. It is not the newest but it worked for me.

good value for money in Vienna. Didn't take them up on the 18€ breakfast offer. Therefore can't judge that. TV mostly German speaking channels. Few (if any) in English. WiFi solid. There is a small fridge in the room, that one can use for a few bought groceries/drinks. No mini bar. Tram stop very close and the subway a 10 minute walk away.
