The only complaint we have is that the pillows are VERY thin -- more or less like sleeping on a single kleenex. After the first night my wife asked for, and received, a more substantial one and that led to a much better night's sleep.

The location is great with easy accessibility to a subway stop (5 minutes walk) or tram (a minute or two). The room we had was perfectly adequate, and the breakfast was somewhat simple but quite good nonetheless. The staff were quite helpful and friendly.

the bathroom was a bit small, and the room under the roof has some risk of bumping your head

the hotel is in a quieter neighbourhood south of the very touristic centre, close to TU Wien. but it is only 4min to the U1 station, so very easy to go anywhere. And there are many nice restaurants nearby if you don't want to take the metro. The room is Ok, and no noise.

The only thing I can say we were missing in our room was a coffee machine, in a city that is known for its coffee culture I sure would have loved to have an espresso machine in the room or at least in the lobby so you can have a cup of coffee before you go out or after you get back. But that's of course by no means a deal breaker, there are coffee houses everywhere one is right downstairs a minute walk away and also a supermarket just 2 min away.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly receptionist, she explained everything and gave us a few extra tips for our stay. The room we stayed in was in an excellent condition and was larger than we expected. The room itself was very warm, very comfortable and even included a small "kitchen" where we could wash dished and warm up food. Also have to note that it was rather quite and even though the windows were on the street side (tbh I don't know if there are rooms with a different view-side).

The location of the hotel is just perfekt. Tram stop is right oposite the front door, red and green metro lines are also in walking distance.

You need to take tram to the city center otherwise half an hour walk. Bahtroom area was not comfortable and so clean.

Probably the best value for money in Vienna based on some friends who were staying in the city at the same time. Definitely would recommend as the rooms are good, the location superb and the value for money amazing.
