We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyIn the summer, the glass roof meant that the apartment heats up quite a bit during the day We were able to cool it down in the evening, but with people smoking in the parking lot frequently we found ourselves opening and closing the windows a lot. It would be great if there were some way to cover the glass roof to keep the summer heat out. This place is really designed for eating and sleeping (as pictured) and not for relaxing. But, as mentioned, this would all be fine in the winter.
This would be an excellent winter place for a ski trip, with a sunny skylight facing south Right in the center of Sölden. Directly next to the rushing river. Well equipped kitchen. Ideal if you are here to ski, eat, and sleep. Excellent hosts who solved some minor problems for us.

Czech RepublicSmall room, but it goes with the price. Everyone should know from the 1st moment about that there is - pizza 2 minutes far, a food shop 2 minutes far. Stuff should tell and also be better informed about limitations of the summer card for thermals.
Great location. Summer card allowed to do trips without a car, free. Strategic location between pizza and a shop.

NetherlandsBring earplugs, just be aware that you're in the middle of apres ski and even with window closed we had 1 night with very loud music from the bar next door (even with earplugs). Other 2 nights were fine. Just know that this is the case or make sure your part of the mid-night crew.
Very clean and located close to the lift and supermarket.
