One small problem was we booked a room which included breakfast, however, when my wife checked out, she was charged again for breakfast, She didn't know it was included and paid for it again.

What a lovely little hotel. Full of character and warm decorations. The breakfast was also the best hotel breakfast we had on our trip with lots of options and good food. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

If you're traveling via your feet and public transportation, the location of the hotel is rather far away from facilities. For one thing, it's on the other side of the river from the train station and a fairly long walk away.

Beautiful, clean and well designed accommodation on the edge of town. It's a great place to relax with beautiful views, but also very well connected to all the activities in the nearby nature. Made with a focus on cycling, but welcoming to all. Very warm staff. Don't forget to go for a dip in nearby Frauensee- only 1km straight up. I definitely want to come back!

The toilet in the room was separate from the bathroom and didn't have a sink. No minibar in the rooms. Breakfast is charged separately and we didn't find information about it easily.

Everything! This place was so surprising and I can't explain how much it exceeded our expectations. It's very clean and cosy, it's obvious that it's managed with a lot of love and care as a family business. We'll definitely be back!

We didn’t see anyone when we checked in and checked out. I wasn’t aware of the payment of the stay needs to happen during our stay. I thought booking has deducted it from my credit card. So we left without paying (really not intentional, no one reminded us as we didn’t see anyone), until the house owner messaged me after we left said we didn’t pay. And I had to wire the money to the bank account. Maybe this process can be improved, so we can avoid this situation.

There is a playground for kids right outside meaning there is screaming from 7am and until 23 pm. Meaning you get up early.

Great location, very nice rooms, really decorated with thoughtfulness. They had a fridge with Fritz soda, at a reasonable price. Everything worked in the room.

Well I chose the hotel because of it but some people would maybe like something closer to Reutte. It takes around half an hour of walk to get there which might be too far for some

Definitely will come back to that place not just for overnight, but at least 3-5days. Exceptional clean, well equipped apartment, quite surrounding of Alps view. Good restaurants just 5 min of driving or 20 min by foot.

Comfortable rooms with a view. Exceptional breakfast! The staff is super friendly and really helpful, making sure all needs and wishes of the guests are fulfilled =) Also the location is super nice to get out on the bike or on a hike.

The only downside was it was a little remote from the town.

Comfy beds great size family room and a great access when we were delayed coming in late at night in the dark and rain.. very clean and tidy and we were sad we didn’t get to explore it longer!

We stayed one night in the hotel and had two rooms. The size and the cleanliness of the room was great. The nature - view surrounding the hotel is beautiful. The pillow may not suit for some people but in general the beds for comfortable.
