It would be nice if saunas were open earlier and closed later. Coffee machine / tea in the room would be welcome.

Food was tasty and big choice. We enjoyed saunas and tranquility. It was nice to go to the pool in the morning as hotel guests when it was closed to the public.

The hotel-restricted part of the Therme seemed to be less taken cared of during weekdays compared to the weekend. The towels were not replaced unless asked for, no more fruits and snacks available.

Everything was fantastic! The room was big, clean and had a wonderful view. The hotel had a bar and fireplace area super cozy for having a drink with friends. The restaurant had excellent food - it would just have been nice to know the themes of each evening in advance. The SPA and the access to the Therme - absolutely worth it after a day of skiing. Nice view from the outside pools (just the right temperature) and from the family sauna. Excellent wet sauna in the adult-only area of the SPA. There is a ski bus right in front of the hotel connecting to both Kaprun and Zell-am-See skiing areas.

The check in was terrible, as the girls at the front desk were overwhelmed. The system wasn't working, they made us to wait. After a while we asked her to at least give us a key to put our skis and boots in the ski room. She said it was impossible as the system was not working. We insisted and irritated, she finally came with us to the ski room, bombing. This should not be the welcome at this famous hotel. Room a bit small for 2 adults and a 14 year old child.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing. Almost everything you could thing of, you could have. The Romanian boy from the restaurant and bar, Razvan, was very helfull and kind, always smiling and served us so well. I have a fantastic massage. I must say Petra from the spa was soooo gooood. Overall it was a very good stay.

We stayed at Tauern Spa Hotel during our short family vacation and really enjoyed everything about the hotel : location, service, breakfast and dinners, wonderful endless pool and spa zones

The only real downside is the fact that the food is a little bit of a lower quality compared to everything else the hotel has to offer. The food was ok, don’t get me wrong, but I would have prefferd it to be a little more higher restaurant quality

Spa, sauna, facilities, service absolutely great. They were able to acomodate our every need: we asked for a hdmi cable so that I can connect my laptop to the tv to watch a movie (they were prepared to do that, also they didn’t charge us anything), they made us a breakfast to go - as we had to leave very early in the morning.

Overcrowded, not enough staff in the restaurant during dinner, and slightly unreasonable pricing. This is our fourth stay here, and we can see an overall decline in services. However, the SPA and cleanliness are still top-notch.

Excellent SPA with a 25m outdoor swimming pool, spacious rooms, a good selection of food at breakfast and dinner, and proximity to the slopes.

Breakfast & dinner were perfect. Like Michelin star restaurants. Spa was great as well. Free self service next to the pool including selection of teas, fresh water, fruits, juice and healthy snack is great and i was surprised because i did not expect to have it served, since this is not all inclusive hotel.

The room was big and spacious, even.with 4 of us in it. The pool and spa was incredible and the food was brilliant. They have thought of everything including being able to go into the spa earlier on check in day which means you get the most out of it.

a lot of walking and elevators to move between spa and rooms .. our room was in the new building with took forever to arrive to other facilities

Beware there is a charge to park underground. No kettle or coffee machine ( you can ask for a kettle) No hair conditioner. Pillows are absolutely awful. There is nowhere to spin dry wet costumes especially needed if early swim day of departure so bring a poly bag!

Fabulous thermal pools and great saunas. Loved the hotel panorama spa. Hotel rooms good. The restaurant food was excellent.

A luxurious spa hotel. We were there for four days in a nature room. The room was amazing - large, decorated, full of light and with a very beautiful view. The breakfast was special and like we have not seen in any hotel in the world. The five-course dinner was excellent. The staff was considerate of our special requests - vegetarian and lactose sensitive. The service in the hotel is at a very high level, the hotel spa and the public spa are really excellent. An excellent hotel for real freedom for body and mind.

Staff were exceptionally friendly (special thanks to Valentin!), the hotel always very clean, the food was very good with a great variety. We had a cosy, huge and quiet room. We rented an e-bike and took a tour around Zell am See, which we recommend. There are plenty of activities in and around the hotel.
