Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room didn't have AC. It was the first floor and not a particularly hot room for being in the middle of a heat wave, but could have been more comfortable with AC.
Basic individual room with table and chair. Not for working 8 hours but good for using the laptop a bit.

Room furniture is very simple and old-fashioned, looks like these were maid rooms or monks cells. There is no AC or mini-fridge in the room. Room space is okay for one person, barely for two. Breakfast is expensive (9 Euros) for what they offer.
Clean facilities, bathroom is perfectly functional and with up-to-date technology, safety box was included, automatic blinds, staff was very helpful.

Nonthing to mention.
Hotel is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood in close proximity to Vienna's main attractions. Rooms were very clean and recently rennovated. Breakfast with satisfying variety of goods that surely satisfy everyone's preferences. Each member of the staff was very polite and friendly with us. Finally, we would like to send our friendly wishes to the polite lady at the reception, with the broken arm, for her recovery as soon as possible.

I’ll start with the good points; the room was clean, not a bad location and the breakfast was good. However I could not get any sleep for the days I stayed here. If I could have afforded it I would have left and gone to another hotel. The room has no insulation/padding in the walls. So all I could hear was the next door guests in their bathrooms and everything that they were doing. And when they would have conversations or snore. There were pipes in all the walls in the room and it sounded like a waterfall in the room every time someone flushed in the hotel as it poured through. It was so noisy from everyone that it was like being in a shared hostel room and this was with me using earplugs. There was also banging and drilling at 7:30am that just reverberated everywhere. I would not class this as 3 star hotel.

The hotel announces a transfer to the airport. In fact the call for a taxi only and the price of that taxi is higher that normal. Breakfast is poor but it was 25 of December so acceptable.
Very nice sweets on the reception.

Internet in the room was slow, which became an issue for our teenager daughter 😁. On my taste pillows were too soft, but it‘s a matter of taste
Situated on a quiet street but just in 3 min by foot from the shopping street and in 15 min from historic city center, in 2 min from Cafe Sperl, where one movie was filmed. Room was very clean. All employees on reception were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The room was small and few facilities. Breakfast facility limited. Altough we paid for breakfast during check out, we were asked for breakfast money again. The taxi had to wait for 10 minutes while the documents were reviewed and the truth was understood which was stressful for the guests.

I didn't like our room.It was the smallest I've stayed until now.No.27 was the room. I saw other rooms when the ladies were cleaning and they were bigger.So just try to not book 27 room.
The staff of the hotel was very polite and helped us with everything.The location of the hotel was not bad.We had some Christmas markets 8 min distance by foot but we were at 20 min distance from the other, bigger Christmas markets.

I did not like the receptionst telling me at night, before i went out - that a safe thing is to leave my keyroom at the reception, because we only have one she said. Well next morning guess what, cleaning maids opened my door around 11 in the morning.. and I did not have a "clean room sign" up.
Room was fine, service was fine. I did not have breakfast.
