Space apartments with good facilities within the apartment. Not far from center and I really liked balconies in this hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good also.

The little pool was always occupied. :) I missed some privacy screen between balconies because they offer no privacy atm. The staff is small in number, and the hotel tends to be more automated.

The hotel and rooms are modern and well equipped. Room has some nice details, I liked the small storage area next to bed. The place was clean. Parking is in the hotel's own garage.

Our room was a bit cramped for 4. Should have booked two bedrooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed the changing facilities in the Spa after we checked out in the morning and skied all day.

Very small room as I said above , very well equipped with modern amenities , tea / coffee , small kitchenette with sink and crockery and glasses and fridge . Ideal for breakfast in room or takeaway pizza . Limited parking and if you don't get hotel parking ( 12 euro per day ) , the options are limited - street parking is via a machine that lasts for 3 hours , or drive to ski lift daily ( kaprun and glacier parking is plentiful) or pay for 24 hour parking at Rathaus ( 42 euro for 24 hours ) We found it expensive for what it was but we did book over new year . We had two rooms ( due to availability) but if I booked again I would go for a 2 room apartment . Great location , close to center and lake and town swimming pool .

The opening times for the swimming pool and sauna could have been earlier for us, but that's just a personal view.

No restaurant for dinner in this hotel. Only breakfast.

Excellent location, the kitchen window was like a painting, we could see the lake, the mountains, so beautiful. Very clean room, big terrace, I liked the ''honesty card'' policy at the bar.:) walking distance to the main streets and one of the ski lifts. We will come back in the summer! Big, easy to access parking with electrical charging station, which was great since we have an electric car. Self check out process very easy. Pool was very nice, very crowded in the evening but not in the morning.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space and hooks. Small kitchen with fridge and coffee maker. The basement has a small pool, sauna and day beds which were very relaxing. Honesty bar and free coffee machine in lounge. Everything is smart and stylish. Easy walk around lake to train station and town centre.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The view from out room was amazing as was the quality of the room. Breakfast was outstanding, choice and freshness was everything you'd want. Counld't have been happier with our choice of hotel.

Clean & spacious. Friendly staff, very accommodating and willing to help with all our request. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff offered room upgraded and early check-in. Free coffee from coffee machine at reception. Hotel provide the card that allow us to access many attractions for free. Room is very clean and plenty of space. Comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Parking garage is ok. Will definitely return.
