You can hear when people walk, coughing or talking. It was extremely cold in the room, cold air came from the window.

The toilet and bathrooms were away in the basement. Which was sort of awkward for us.

The room allotted for a family of 3 was too small, but manageable. The kitchen was good with all the required utensils, crockery and appliances.

The entire place had a bit of an odd smell and the hosts were unresponsive when we tried to message them.

The room and shared bathrooms were clean and the place had a nice overall aesthetic.

It is modern, but the shared bathrooms and toilets makes it uncomfortable. Walls are thin. Overall it is expensive for only a room without bathroom and WC.

It seems to be new and posh. Well equipped with modern furnitures.

The room is very small and crowded. There is a very pungent decoration smell when you enter the room. There is only one toilet on the first floor and you can't take a shower. The showers are on the second floor and downstairs. It is not friendly to the elderly.

Our stay was wonderful! The beds were really comfortable, the facilities were clean and in order. Really appreciated the big kitchen and nice showers! Overall a wonderful stay!

Nothing to dislike

Easy access to the nearest Bus Stop, clean surrounding and you can find the hostel quickly, complete with all amenities you needed. You can cook and you can do all the things you want todo in the property.

It is a hostel in a ski area, so expect partying. Need to pre-arrange how to check in.

Bad heating. Unless you want to be a Wim Hof hero, stay away. While it was -1 outside, they had only like warm heaters. There was a crack on window, but probably it was not a big factor. It was one of my worst stays ever. Was cold AF

My radiator was cold for almost 2 days and I managed to have it resolved after I noticed but was not super unpleasant as I had brought thick woollen items but the building was warm so compensated. Shared facilities take some take to get accustomed to.

Property was cleaned regularly specially bathroom. The building was secure and good location. The staff are nice and useful.

Self checkin. Need to read how to manage to get inside. Once you know, it’s efficient and easy enough.

Clean and comfortable. There’s spacious kitchen and whole range of kitchenette and tools at the basement. Bathrooms are shared in the basement. They are clean though. You get want you’ve paid for. It’s a bargain price and we have a good night sleep in Innsbruck.

There was no breakfast offered. Moreover, we never saw the landlord the entire week, so he was completely unavailable to answer questions. The cleanliness was deplorable. There were 6 bathrooms available for about 25-30 total people in the 3 level house with 15 rented rooms. 3 of the bathrooms were on the basement level with the kitchen, so the ground level and second floor in which the 25-30 tenants resided had only 3 bathrooms between them and only 2 with a shower.

The location was excellent.

An outside picture is missing. We got the family garage box for almost 200 euros per night! The toilet is in the basement. Not recommended for families with small kids!
