Room was ok but the online photos are a bit misleading. But nothing one can't get over. In general it is a very good option for reasonable pricing to stay right at the centre of Vienna.

Clean and staff entered the room daily to clean and replace towels. Very polite staff at the reception and happy to hold our luggage on the first and last day.

We were on the 4th floor and unfortunately the evening of our arrival the lift stopped working so we had to walk up and down the 4 flights of stairs. The issue was resolved quickly within a day but it still made it a little bit inconvenient for us at the beginning of our trip. This is a minor issue but the lighting was a little dim in the evenings which made getting ready a little bit difficult.

Great apartment which was a lot bigger than anticipated! Very clean. Good location. Lots of close by tram stations for easy access to the centre of Vienna.

The lady at reception was super helpful and the location super convenient. The room is comfortable and it's nice that they clean the apartment daily and bring in clean towels.

They didn’t clean the rooms daily (they only made the bed) but didn’t change any sheets or vacuum the floor.

Fast check in and checkout. The hotel is located to one of the biggest Christmas markets which is a huge plus.

Just some feedback for the apartment staff: 304 kitchen sink does not get hot water, only had one wine glass and it was broken so we had to throw it away, the dishwasher was nice to have (and you provided pods thank you) but very hard to load as it just was not in good shape. Regardless, would stay again thank you!

Beds were comfy, daily trash removal and fresh towels, complimentary coffee was great both in the room and downstairs, nice sitting area up front, close to several restaurants and bars which was fun but not loud/wild because of that. The front desk staff were kind and helpful- allowed us to store our bags after checkout for a bit. The location was perfect, 10 min to Rathaus Christmas market and central to so many. 5 min walk to 43,44 line to get to all the action if you don’t want to walk. Also very close to other above ground trams. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent within 10 mins walk to the Christmas Markets, 15 mins or so to the town centre. The property was located on a quite street which felt very safe. Our host gave clear and concise details of accessing the apartment when the reception desk was closed. The property was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The bedding was spotless, crisp white bedding, so inviting and comfortable. The apartment was very cosy. The staff on reception were friendly and very helpful and organised a reputable taxi for our return to the airport.

The pillows were a bit flat and uncomfortable and there was just one pillow per person. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

I stayed at the Levante apartment in Vienna for one night and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly receptive and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was well-stocked with all the toiletries and essentials one might need, which added to the convenience. The building has an elevator, which is a big plus if you’re traveling with luggage. The beautiful courtyard added charm to the property, and the apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Its location close to the city center made exploring Vienna effortless, and the surrounding area boasts a great selection of pubs and eateries. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nothing. It was fabulous.

Great apartment, we very much enjoyed our stay here. The loft bedroom was well lit and spacious, the bed /pillows were very comfortable. Beautiful fresh white linen and fluffy towels. Body wash plus body lotion - were an extra treat. The Lounge area was big & comfortable and having a little fridge was great. The Laundry room was free and easy to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee was great (also free of charge) at reception. An extra night accommodation was no problem. City centre was within walking distance. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

The room was so hot and it was preset, we couldn’t change this ourselves. There were no clear lift instructions so we didn’t realise the lift went to the fourth floor and so carried heavy luggage up and down steps
