Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SlovakiaDo not attempt to order a cocktail before 8pm, otherwise you will be told off, LOL:D The staff is very busy during dinner hours, so the service is on the slow side, but they are still trying to do their best for you:)
The hotel is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains.. Our room was cleaned every day.. We were a late arrival (after dinner was finished) and the the staff manager was very kind to organise dinner for us anyways, which we appreciate a lot having two small kids. The dinners were nice, we liked all our meals..

PolandSki bus was overcrowded and didn't stop at hotel. There is no free tap water available at dinner. Sun beds at sauna needs at least cleaning or replacement.
Good location, nice hotel stuff, daily room cleaning, daily access to sauna, meals provided by the hotel. It was our third visit and we will come back again. Kaunertal Gletscher is of course our main target. And nice surprise after returning home: email with 20 euro voucher to be cash in Tia Monte Hotel bar ;)

United KingdomThe hotel consists of 2 buildings, the main building which serves food and has a small leisure complex in the basement and the Tia Smart which is right across the street and has a nice play area for the kids and an area for adults to socialise. It was’t a big issue for us but some kind of underground corridor would be good so people don’t have to go out and across the street to access either. Other points to note: - breakfast would do with a bigger variety and more hot meal options (there are only boiled eggs); - the leisure area in the basement is inadequate for the number of people and opened only from 3pm to 7pm; - parking in front of the hotel seems too small for the number of guests with some unpaved and muddy areas.
This time we were put in the Tia Smart which was a nice upgrade on accommodation, not far from Feichten town centre and the Quellealpin leisure complex. We’d come for skiing and specifically chosen this hotel for the convenient location in that regard - it’s the closest hotel to the start of toll road (toll included in skipass) to Kaunertaler Glacier. Skibus stop is right in front of the hotel but if you have a car you may consider skiing in other nearby resorts such as Pitztal Glacier or Nauders (1 day is included in the Kaunertaler skipass which is also valid for the other nearby skiing resort of Fendels). And if you like crowds of people you may even go to the mega resort of Serfaus Fiss Ladis (more than 200km of slopes).

United KingdomDuring the week we stayed, the menu stayed very similar. Dessert was almost a type of creme very night. But staff was able to provide fruit as a alternative for our lactose free group.
The town was interesting and had a lot of options for little kids - climbing wall, skiing, pool, seeing the cows. Everything was comfortable and good value for the money.

Czech RepublicBreakfast isn't good, but you can collect food for eating before skiing, especially if you like hard-boiled eggs and white yogurt. Dinner is something between worse and horrible. (A school canteen has better food.) All drinks during dinner are paid, bottled water is about 7 EUR, beer the same, small soft drinks are similar. - In previous reviews it is written that the food is good. We don't understand it, we think that it is fake reviews.

Belgiumbathroom not very clean very noisy stairwell outside lights shining into the room until 11pm no blackout curtains food very basic, but for this low price not surprising... very noisy evening entertainment, it was not possible to stay in the common room after dinner what is not clearly marked in the description: lunch is soup only, there is cake at 4pm and for dinner there are two options which need to be chosen at breakfast, mostly either pork or pasta. There is also soup and salad and a desert for dinner. all very dated in the hotel
