The bathrooms were looking nice but had soap and shower gel dispensers were dripping, with crusted dried shampoos below the dispensing valve. Toilet flushing was not working properly so you had to press it multiple times in order to stop, there was a loose light hanging in one of the rooms. Check-in took rather long, concerning the fact that accommodation was pre booked,

It was located very close to city center, with reasonably price garage parking just below the hotel.

The room was not very big, but more then enough for one night.

We spent one night at this hotel - everything was correct. The hotel is well situated, there is a parking availabe. The breakfast as good.

We spent there 1 night 'on route'. We needed a quiet place to sleep and the hotel gave us exactly that. Decent breakfast and option to use underground garage. The room had english channels and large bathroom

There is a car park but it has a low height restrictor which was too low with a roof box on the car. Street parking is at a premium in this location and took a while.

Staff on reception and running the bar were incredibly helpful and friendly, I really appreciated their advice on the area too. The rooms were clean, the showers hot and the breakfast was full of choice. The location is really near the bustling bars and restaurants of Wels.

The room didn't have AC, which made it quite hot. I guess it would be fine on a regular day, but there was more than 30 degrees outside, so we could really use AC.

The location was good, right in the city centre. The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean.

I had a room in top floor right under the roof while outside temperature was almost 30°C. There was a fan on the room table but not at all sufficient and totally absent A/C which for 4-star hotel I would consider as rather standard. Fully open window did not provide sufficient cooling even throughout the whole night. So for this particular year period withhigh temperatures the stay was quite exhausting. During the winter the stay would be just OK. Despite I booked a room with two separate single beds I got a double bed.

Hotel is situated in the city center. The facility was clean and rooms well furnished. Lightening of the room was nice, There was a comfortable armchair and also well appreciated el.kettle and avalable complimentary tea & coffee. The breakfast was very good. Wi-Fi connection wworked well for my business stay.

The floor carpet had an unpleasant smell. There was no AC in the rooms and during summer it was very hot. We had an electric fan and it helped a little. The hotel is located near a church and the church bells will wake you up at 6 AM.

The room and the bathroom were big. The room has a minifridge and a water kettle. The hotel is well located and a big plus is the underground garage (10 Euro per day). The staff was ok.
