Make booking of a La carte restaurants in hotel in advance. Better guidance on reception from day 1 would be appreciated.

There are big and nice spa area, very very good restaurants, lobby area was equiped by big monitor to watch olimpic games, price of the hotel included travel card for all busses in ares and also ski lift.

We enjoyed so much our stay at Travel Charme Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal, in such an enchanting and peaceful place. The rooms, the marvellous infinity pool, the organization, we can say, perfect! But a special thanks goes to Mr George Castel-Branco, with a rare kindness, ready to help with an uncommon professionalism, that let us go away smiling and less sad leaving that wonderful place.

Amazing experience - can recommend for everyone looking for a weekend (spa) escape

No poolside drinks or food service. High tables in the restaurant - these are okay for a drinks setting, but having a 5 course meal was not comfortable esp. if you have short legs. *** NO SPA BOOKING SLOTS *** - why not get extra staff in or make an alternate plan to accommodate your guests? One of the main reasons we booked there was to experience your SPA but the attitude of the SPA staff was very poor and did not fit with the rest of the experience at this hotel. This needs improvement !

The Food was superb! The setting was awesome. Easy walking distance to nearby shopping. Electric car charging stations. Great check in process.

Not much to do if with with family and kids , and streets are very steep for hiking or biking for a family with kids .. so 3 days stay max are ok for a family with kids .. literally in the middle of no where! (but very relaxing and beautiful surrounding mountains).. so advise hotel to add activities such as billiards .. ping pong .. etc (nearby villages are good to visit). Dogs are allowed everywhere in the hotel and one chased my son !!.. so need more strict rules about this issue for dog owners .. many western guests get naked in the shower areas of the swimming pool (a problem in most Europe!!).. so hotel rules should be more respectful to other cultures, religions , and family with children !! Indoor swimming pool is REALLY COLD !!.. why not warm like the outdoor one !!!.

Staff very friendly and attentive to details. (Jacqueline in the breakfast area and Gorge in the luggage/car service stand out). Excellent breakfast and dinner. Infinity swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool is an amazing and smart idea (raised + warm pool in the cold weather surrounded by the wilderness).. Very good gym

There is always room for improvement, but it was all really good. A minor point for improvement - if I would have to give one - would be that the noise of the closing doors in the spa relax area would have to be fixed so the noise is reduced to a minimum.

They really offer great food options during the whole day. The Spa/Wellness is great and offers enough options for a long stay in the hotel, certainly when the weather makes you stay indoors.

The quality of the food was not up to my expectations, but my wife and daughter were pleased.

Very good infrastructure, clean and charming place. The card given for free transportation and funiculars is well appreciated. A special thank you to the personnel who took care of us.
