Our stay was amazing! First of all the suite was spacious, nice designed and very well equipped. The staff and the cleaning leadies was beyond perfect. Everything was spotless. We felt like home. The location is in the center near everything you may need. Couple of meters and you are in the tunnel for the gondola. Breakfast was great! We will be back for sure!

United KingdomThe bathroom light is activated by motion sensor and has a glass door. So if one person wakes up in the middle of night to wash hands in the bathroom, everyone one the room gets woken up.
Very clean, good quality furnishing and friendly helpful staff. Good spa facilities. Delicious breakfast.

NetherlandsShower in our room didn’t have the nice strong water pressure as expected in Austria (weak). The room we had (suite) had a sleeping couch with a bad mattress (too thin) for one adult. The automatic light sensor turned the light in the room every time you turned yourself in the bed. This could not be switched off.
It’s a very nice hotel in the center of Ischgl. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly nothing to complain. Restaurant and club (in basement) are nice but a bit outdated interior. Employees really try to connect with you and make sure you feel respected as a guest.

Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! My husband said it was one of the best breakfast buffets he has ever had. The eggs were perfectly fried with little chives sprinkled on top. The staff, everyone on the staff was FABULOUS!!!! Like more than I have ever experienced and I travel for my job and stay in hotels all the time. The price was reasonable for such a luxury high end place.

It’s has been our 4th snowboarding season in Austria and our first in Ischgl, a part of the weather that was great, me and my brother would like to highlight the Trofana Alpin Hotel that made our stay even more special, the room and the amenities always super clean and neat. The staff are amazing and very helpful at all times! Highly recommended if you want to have a memorable time in this beautiful town! Joao and Daniel

The hotel was situated in a perfect location to the travellator that takes you to the gondola to take you up the mountain. The food was amazing. Breakfast was included within our stay and the wait staff were so attentive and the service was exceptional. The room were super comfy, modern and clean. Also the spa facilities were great!
