There is no ski room for heat your shoes

The guy at the reception was not able to give as clear instructions about the location, the way he explained was very much misleading and complicated. In the middle of our stay they have changed the lock on the ski room door in hour apartment building. Nobody bothered to inform us about it, neither provided with the new key. Hot tub you could use only if the wether is above zero, the nights when temperature dropped below zero the tap froze, and we couldn’t use it. It wasn’t specified. Apartment is new and it gives impression that it’s clean. Yes, the kitchen was clean, and generally everything looked good. But night tables were dusty, floor wasn’t swept, not to the level to keep your feet clean. Sofas also dusty and even had food crumbles on it.

Beautiful view overlooking the valley. Spacious apartment. It’s fairly new and modern. 7-10min walk from the ski lifts (the guy at the reception had no idea about the distance or possible shortcut, and generally didn’t new if we can walk there), by the road it’s ~1,5km from the ski lift). At the mane reception they have a ski depot, but it’s just a huge room with a boots drying rack and the empty walls to leave the skis. You can’t lock it.

The reception sent us to wrong house, the roads are awful, icy. We almost crashed the car becuase we were sent to wrong house. We went back to reception and got somebody to show us, but the wrong house again. It is very dangerous, because the road to some houses is completely icy, so chains should be advisable, but noone told us. The appartment is great, but the Alps Resort personnel is far from great.

It was difficult to park the car in front of the apartmant, the road was slippery and covered with snow and ice. At the time of the booking we could not see the proper apartman which was allocated just later. The rubbish bin were located far from the flats.

The skiboot warmer was excellent. The kitchen was well equiped, we had a nutcracker but not a wine opening. There were a smart TV in each of the bedrooms, and in the livingroom as well!!! The starting kit (diswasher tablets and dustbin bag) was comfortable. The ski slopes locate 7-10 minutes walk from the flat!

We struggled for more than half an hour to find the location, given directions are inaccurate, and after hours no one is picking the phone, so it took effort to find the house. The next we got neighbors trying to get in to our house, because the hosts guided them, but directed to another house, without bothering to make sure they are entering the premises and all is fine with the premises. The guests had a toddler with them, we helped them to get arround, luckily we arrived back at the same time. It was already dark in the mountains and they were left with a small kid. a bit pathetic.

The appartment and the house is exceptionally well. Perfect.

I feel two big fails from Apartment side. After your painment (not earlier) you will be informed, then on pictures is only one example of your apartment and final one could be different (in our case we had a luck and had same one), and second - you have to pay 350€ as deposit. All clear, but please inform people earlier.

Booking.com page should clearly communicate that you must first come to the hotel reception to check in. We spent an hour driving up and down and calling before we figured out what to do.

It was not cleaned thoroughly after previous guests and dish washer was not working. I was expecting the apartment to be nearer skiing piste, however, this depends on the property, as there are many in this area from the same provider.

Nicely equipped spacious apartment with parking garage. The location of our apartment was 5-10 minutes walking distance from the slopes.

The wifi did not worked (however this issue was reported by previuos guests it was not solved at all.) (----) The mobile network sign was poor.

No basic utilities such as bin bags, hand soap, lighter for the fireplace, etc. The sitting area was relatively small/ insufficient for the capacity of the house.

Minor inconvenience- just 3 tabs for dishwasher, 2 garbage bags and just a small sample of dishwasher detergent. Ski room on the lowest floor, two levels downstairs.

There could be easier access directly to slope 18, that is very close but the access is bad and we needed to go by car to Kornockbahn instead.

Very nice accomodation, great for group of friends. The living room with fireplace is a great place to spend the evenings and sauna was the highlight of the stay.

The location is not ideal, long walk up the hil and you need to jump the fence to take the shorter route. We needed to clean when we arrived. It was dirt and garbage under the beds.

More than one key would have been appreciated for a group up to 10. Same applies for kitchen equipment (only 7 plates, only 3 wine glasses :(. It would be useful to provide enough toilet paper/soap/shampoo/dishwasher liquid for the stay, as we found it annoying to bring everything. Maybe this could be a package to book similar to the bedlinen & towels? I am an architect myself and really like the design w/ two exceptions: 1.The plastic furniture in front of the sauna ruins the entire ambiance. 2.All of us were complaining about the lack of shelves in the bathrooms. Not even a place to put a second roll of toilet paper - this can't cost the world, can it? We missed a 'Brötchen Service' & grocery store in the village.

Property & amenities are as described. Easy to book. Staff responded promptly to questions before arrival and was helpful during our stay. Easy to reach. We could ski directly to property, since there was plenty of snow, i.e. you could ski on the street :). Nice interior design (exceptions see below). Kitchen appliances & sauna are easy to use. Great ski room & very comfortable temperature in the entire house. All was clean, enough towels & bed linen. Great, comfy common space with dining table, couch, TV, high ceiling. Perfect for our group of 7; 10 might be a bit crowded.

But there are a few things that we didn’t like. We didn’t like that the house had two entries and the other entry which had ski closets and dryers for ski boots was closed, and we had to carry our ski boots and skis from the upper level down two floors and had to clean the wet floors every day. I also don’t understand why the house has two entries because you can’t even enter the second entrance bacause there is no entry from the road and the house is surrounded with fences. The house is not cheap to rent and we received only two rolls of toilet paper for 8 of us for one week. There was also no soap in the bathroom which would be a really nice gesture from the owner and really doesn’t cost them anything. We would buy it ourselves but there are no stores in Turrach. The house is advertised as for 10 people but there are only 8 seats at the dining table. I really don’t want to be picky because the house overall was really nice and we had a wonderful stay.

The house was really nice, comfortable and ideal for the 8 of us. The location was ok and you can also ski down from the house to the slopes. I loved wakeing up in the morning and looking at the view of the mountains.

Finding the house isn't easy after you check in on reception. They give you direcrion on a paper but again, it is app 2 km from the village and not easy to find for the first time.
