The property was well located. It was very comfortable and well presented.

It was unfortunate that the stay started with issues but these were overcome and sorted within one day.

We had issues with hot water and heating when we arrived, a fix was attempted during the day this was unsuccessful so an upgraded room was provided. The concierge was very helpful in arranging the change, and after this all was well.

It took roughly 45 minutes - 1 hour to walk into the main city centre each day.

Groovy place! The apartment we stayed in was an old artist’s student down the road from the Belvedere. Very clean and a great shower!

No hot water when we arrived and the coffee machine was absent. Staff were helpful when they arrived in the morning - sorted hot water and made us a coffee

The free bikes were great and allowed us to access far more than we would have on foot. Great set up and vibe. Comfy bed and lots of supplies provided.

For non German speaking it was a little difficult to find the room. I actually thought hotel meant hotel not guest rooms scattered all over the city. We arrived early and spent 45min looking for a check in, the room or somewhere to leave our bags. Not great in 36deg. Also Taylor Swift was in town that night so there was a massive mark up on a single room.

Location amazing. Big room. Cleaner saved us a lot of problems by getting our bags into our room.

The safe was unusable which was a nuisance. A few very minor issues which are easily sortable- top of curtains detaching, drain smell in toilet, paint touch ups in a few areas

Lovely large and characterful room and comfy bed. Liked having the large fan. Lovely large shower. Good location only 20 minute walk to the heart of Vienna. Thankyou for welcome wine, much appreciated on arrival!

A little bit of a walk to get places .. but we like to walk so found good restaurants within (our) walking distance.

Very cool renovated space (AirBnb style) on a quite street. Staff was super helpful in arranging for luggage storage prior to checkin.

Just side note: for me I was missing something on the floor - some little carpets next to bed and on the way to bathroom (cause you mainly walk with bare foot there).

Location: walkable from station, also possible to walk to museum quarter (35 min). My room had an interesting design - it’s indeed look like an artist studio on the first floor with the big window to the street (of course with curtains). So if you want to sleep during the day it can be noisy but in the night I had no problems. Almost everything is thought about for your comfortable stay.

Difficult to find late at night, we didn’t realise that we had booked a suite at an independent location. Would highly recommend filling out the pre arrival form or contacting the property prior to your visit to ensure you get the instructions. The out of hours call centre were very helpful and patient on the phone with me, and I was lucky that they spoke very good English.

Great location and really comfortable. A very well thought out accomodation with nice touches and it was perfect for a few nights stay.

A bit of a challenge to find out how to get in.

The location is a short walk and two stops away from the centre of Vienna, which was fine for us. The room itself was unique and had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. We accidently went to the wrong building at first, but the staff were incredibly helpful and even printed us our welcome pack. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location walkable distance from the city centre and near the tram station. Innovative interior and comfy bed. Good breakfast options nearby. A bottle of wine and water was made available.

The shower was in the room with no privacy screen which I don’t believe was mentioned in the information section.

The staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep our belongings in the reception until it was time for check-in! The room was spacious and very clean with the check in process being very easy and simple to follow. A nice walk to the city centre and lots of cute cafes on the way.
