There is no AC in the room, only one heater on the farthest point of the room, so it takes few hours to heat up the room properly, but the hotel provided us with thick blankets, for our baby as well. The room is equipped with noise isolating windows, but you can still hear the street/cars at night for those who need complete quiet. The shower has hot water, but they run out very quickly. We checked-in early, and paid extra, but the room floor was dirty.

The location was nice, 10 minutes' walk from karlsplatz, and our unit was just in front of the church. There was a coffee shop just across the street and a small children's playground that was very useful for us with our baby. The check-in/out was super easy and comfortable, and the stuff was very responsive for any question we had. The hotel app is very helpful, full of useful recommendations. Well equipped kitchen and a big dining table for those who prefer to cook/eat at home. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.

The cleanliness left a fait bit to the imagination… ie. the floor throughout was sticky, a couple of the pillows on the bed had yellow stains on the covers and the toilet smelled and looked like it was forgotten at the last clean.

We turned the heating on one day and when we went into the bathroom there was lots of ants- I'm not sure if they were next to the heating pipe and it disturbed them but we did have to sort of plug the part of the wall they were coming from with tissue. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect.

The location is really perfect- a 5 minute walk from the train station, belvedere and the metro. It feels very safe even though the front door opens out on to the street, the area is quiet and residential. The bed was like a cloud and I slept like a dream every night. The apartment is decorated very nicely too.

The door of the place goes directly to the sidewalk, which was a little bit strange for me.

The place is really nice, with a nice vibe and the location is good, half way from the train station to the city center. They have coffee and tea for you to make and there are two supermarkets close by.

Personally, I missed the air conditioning. This room needs some kind of solution to this issue. It is possible to open only one small window under the ceiling and it was stuffy at night.

Location. It was just perfect. The room is very clean, the design is interesting and modern.

I informed the staff upfront that I would be coming to their office around 10 a.m. on the check-in day to store my luggage before the suite is ready. However, when I arrived at the office it was closed and I was not able to reach the staff by phone.

The suite was very spacious, certainly bigger than most hotel rooms I have been to in Vienna. I also liked the industrial decor - the suite used to a carpenter's workshop and there are still some tools left as decoration. It was also relatively clean albeit some less often used surfaces (like the large shelf above the bed) were dusty.

The room was very spaceous and cosy. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time and a very nice cleaning personnel already let us place our luggage into the room. We enjoyed the location of our appartment. Walking distance to central station, belvedere and even just a few minutes with the bike to the city centre.

It’s a bit awkward that the room door opens directly onto the street. The window does too, but has a bottom-up shade you can close. street is a bit noisy on weekday mornings.

The internet connection was really bad, the wifi would work for a few minutes and then stop working all together.

Great stay here! Location is awesome, it is a quick 5 min walk to subways/other modes of transportation and made it easy to get to other parts of the city. The room and bathroom are both quite spacious and very clean.

It would be good if you could put the building number (22) on the outside. We found it easily during the day but it was difficult for the man delivering our lost luggage at midnight.

I thought it was a room in a hotel but the fact is that it was a closed shop in Belvedere street. I didn’t feel it safe at all. No cleaning or towels change unless you ask for it. No air conditioning and fans were so small with no good effect and the weather was very hot.

The room opens directly on the street which is a little awkward. It wasn't really clean and if you want to have some privacy, you need to close all the windows and blinds otherwise you'll be seen from the street.

Issue with hot water not being enough for 2 showers on first morning and ran out after 2 showers on 2nd morning, safe did not work upon arrival and was fixed late morning on 2nd day and therefore unsuable for our stay (company was kind enough to write an apology note and provided a small gift of alcohol), company was not available to sort problems at the time they happened, luggage room was not available at convenient times (10am on weekends), location was ~30 mins walk to central Vienna.
