Shower areas could’ve been a little bit more clean with proper carpets. Can introduce some silent timings as frequent in and out of travelers causes distance to sleep

Nothing really, just one thing that may can be improved. I couldn't find hairdryers although the reception told me where it is. Would be great if can get more hairdryers at the reception, it's fine if need some deposit, at least I don't need to sleep with my wet hair.

The single room was perfect, have your own sink in the room is the best thing ever. I love the environment as well, clean and friendly, my room was at the ground floor but there's few doors blocked the notice from public area which was nice. Btw, the travel cards for rental are limited, see if you are lucky enough. 乾淨舒適的住宿，多加一點錢升級成單人房非常值得

This is a canonical great hostel with fresh bathrooms, big kitchen, laundry room, bar and spacious lobby. There's a lovely garden where you can sit in warm weather. Very clean. The staff is friendly and easygoing. Loooots of socialising activities (walking tours, common dinner to name a few). 10 minutes walking to metro, west train station and airport shuttle. The area is very quiet and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler both during the daytime and at night.

The only minor things I could critique were one of the free activities I joined was a bit disappointing. One of the volunteers was late and the other was sick but still decided to join. Neither host seemed that interested in the activity, and I'd hoped it would be a chance to make some friends. The other thing was that I booked a double bed but the apartment had two single beds squished together. I've never understood why hostels/hotels do this as the beds always slip away from each other and you fall through the middle. Being upgraded to an apartment was such a highlight, but I'd recommend offering a double bed especially if one was booked, I hate sounding negative as on the whole it was excellent, I just found the bed quite small for someone of my size.

By far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff were friendly, the room and the communal spaces were spotless and they had lots of activities, local tips and communal group dinners so there were plenty of opportunities to meet people, as well as explore Vienna confidently. I booked a private room as a treat to myself, but wanted the atmosphere and social aspect of a hostel as I was travelling alone. I was extremely lucky to be upgraded to an apartment room which was so incredibly beautiful, it could have been an Airbnb! I can't speak for the shared rooms but my experience was positive. Everyone was warm and friendly and there was no noise, from the street or the rest of the hostel - despite the bar and social activities being available until late. There are lockers and even a swap shop where guests can exchange clothes, books etc. I particularly loved how eco conscious the place was and the attention to detail - such as free fresh lemonade for guests every day and hand drawn posters with all the amenities and activities on offer. If you're looking for.somewhere sociable but cultured and not too rowdy, you've found the right place. Another great thing they offer is a discounted travel card which saved me so much money! That being said, Vienna is also a very walkable city and lots of cafes, shops and bars are close by to the centrally placed hostel.

Everything was Top Notch.The people were so friendly and helpful here! We really felt at home. The room was comfortable and the facilities worked well. We were so grateful they accommodated us with the lockers to keep our stuff there during our final day. I'd love to come back to Vienna and if I do I'll try to reserve a room here:)

I stayed in two rooms. I booked a double room with shared bathroom and then I ended up arriving a day earlier than planned and booked a bunk in a female dorm for one night. The female dorm, room 21, was entirely too small. There were four beds in a space that should have either been a single room or a two-bunk room. There was barely any room to move. I saw some 6-bed dorms that were 3x the size of this 4-bed dorm. The double room with shared bathroom, room 5, was also too small to be a double, IMO. It should have been set as a single room with single bed. Also the dining area toilets were not cleaned frequently enough. I was doing laundry around 10pm and I went to use the toilets between the dining area and the kitchen, and they were both gross. The shared toilets for the rooms were fine, but the ones near the kitchen and dining area needed more frequent cleaning. The kitchen and laundry room area could have been cleaner as well.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. The location is good. It's close to some tram lines and also the Westbanhof train station and underground line. There are also some good nearby restaurants. They have laundry on site that's coin operated, and lockers where you can store your stuff before you check in or after you check out. They organize dinner every night, though I didn't participate.

The female only dorm had a inner bathroom, which is not common in hostels but is much appreciated. This made the experience even better. The rooms are also very noise isolated, My room was immediatly over the bar and in the night you could easily sleep without hearing anything. They also provide towels, hair dryer, soaps, basically everything you need for basic higiene, which is very much appreciated. Best hostel I ever been.

The bed that I slept in didn't have a privacy curtain like many hostels have. That was my only complaint, I was in a cheaper room though and it was spacious and clean. Can't really complain.

The Hostel has a bar, beautiful outdoor area, nice kitchen, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.
