Everything is perfect, very clean and comfortable the rooms and facilities. But heads up to the beds, I slept like a baby for real. the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything I needed.

More bench space in kitchen would be good, but that's only a minor thing.

Everything. They had a number of inside and outside areas. Bikes to hire, cheap meals, a lot of information on getting to places. Room I had was in an Annex across the road which was peaceful. Good area.

Our shower needed to be able to adjust so it could point down. It’s a hand held which is wonderful but washing your hair with one hand I was not able to do a good job.

We liked the breakfast choices. We had the studio which was nicer than any hotel rooms we stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We so loved having a nice refrigerator and place to make some food in our room.

It was not so clean.

It is a great place for young people. There is a self service kitchen and a lot of activities in the common room. Also it is very quiet. Location is amazing! It is realy close to city transport!

Maybe the hostel can provide a mat for the shower

The hostel is pretty clean. I really like the shower and the bed. It is a good price for such location.

Would have been nice if they provided towels at the price paid, at the very least, hand towels.

Mostly friendly staff. Clean accommodations. Soe hostels are very sparse with their furnishings, VHR was not.

A minor detail, our bunk bed didn´t have a ladder.

The shared bathrooms were clean, also the kitchen. The room was small and simple but really functional. The beds were comfortable. The shared spaces (dining room, living room, kitchen) were big enough, so it never felt completely crowded. The breakfast was good and affordable. The personnel was really helpful and kind.

Our double private room was very small, limited hanging space and shelving etc to put things.

Lovely, helpful staff. Very clean accommodation. Facilities included free lockers that we made use of as we had arrived early in the morning. There is an outdoor garden, clean kitchen and dining room. Plenty of toilets, showers etc to go round. Bar area that proved popular with everyone in the evenings. Variety of breakfast served at additional costs. Optional vegetarian meal provided in the evenings if interested. Very close to shops and public transport. They provide the transport pass that is cheaper than buying the 24, 48 hour etc pass at the train station. Keep up the good work!

The hostel is located near the metro station (3-5 min walk) as well as a few grocery shops. Volunteers serve dinner every night and you can pay as much as you think you should. Great vibe in the hostel. The main shopping street in Vienna is also within walking distance from the hostel. Recommended.

The ladder to the top bunk is aesthetically pleasing but feels riskier than on any other bunk bed I’ve been on.

The staff members were very nice and efficient. The bathroom and separate toilet were clean, as was the room and the beds.

This hostel is exactly as described. Very clean and well looked after. There are some social and work areas which make for good common areas. The hostel attempts to organise day activities but few people attended because I was travelling in April (off-peak). Overall great facilities.

The atmosphere and the feeling like at my own place 🥰🥰🥰🥰 This is my first time to travel in Europe and it was a great experience to stay there and meet new people. I had a memorable and great stay in Vienna Austria.

The best hostel I've ever been in! I came early in the morning, several hours before check-in time and I was able to change clothes and freshen up. The man working at the reception was THE MOST helpful with directions and recommendations for local cuisine. Overall, the staff was very helpful and friendly. After I checked out, I was able to store my luggage until I had my train, which was very convenient. The room and bed were very clean and so was the bathroom. I felt safe. There is breakfast available in the morning for a charge and a free dinner.

It is very nicely designed and has lots of lovely indoor and outdoor open spaces. The beds are comfortable and clean. The volunteers are really nice and do a lot of nice work creating a friendly atmosphere

Awesome hostel. One of the best I've been to. Very social with daily activities. My private room was nicely decorated. Not too far from public transport. Mostly a younger crowd but everyone was friendly.

The lobby area was very social and welcoming! There was free water and coffee when we arrived, and the staff was very friendly and willing to help. The private room that we stayed in was clean and perfect for four people.
