We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SerbiaWe didn't like two little things. Wifi didn't always work for us. The signal was often lost. The second thing that bothered us was the following. Halfway through our stay, I injured my leg and we had to leave the accommodation early. The hostess of our accommodation understood the situation and while paying all our expenses, she also charged us for breakfast, which we only had for one day, the day we checked in. We understand that this is an expense that we incurred in nature, but at least here in Serbia it is natural that in such situations we do not grab every dinar, but to honor the guest who unfortunately survived the accident. Of course, I would always recommend this accommodation, and besides, this is just a matter of personal perception.
Everything was beautiful. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and nature. There is a lot of content for children in the area, which was important to us. Breakfast was average. The hosts are polite but not so warm. The rooms were very clean, spacious. The beds, comforter and pillows were truly phenomenal. The heating was very good, we were even hot. The view from the room is unreal.

Vorberghof is located at the end of the village. Very quiet but directly on the ski trails. Also the walking path starts near the house. Rooms was comfortable. Nice breakfast and tasty and delicious dinner. We were wellcomed also with our dog.
