Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hand wash liquid was never refilled. It was empty since the check in and never topped up in 4 days! Breakfast was not worth 24€ and upon my departure, i bought an americano coffee with milk, I was charged 5€ for a cup of COLD coffee which was served to me from the breakfast service coffee machine because the big coffee machine had some fault.
The location was excellent just a 2 min walk to Nestroyplatz U-Bahn Station. Room was comfortable.

It was express hotel. wasn't expecting much from them. If i want to travel on budget, i will stay there. The AC is kind of fan, we had to keep the window open for cold air. But will only go back in winter or April. We had extra third bed, it wasn't bad either. The rooms are small so the bathrooms. We arrived after 3 pm and checked out on time, so we didn't have any issue nor had to deal with the staff much.

I would have preferred a hotel in the inner city. The toilet seat was installed very high. As a short person, my toes barely touched the floor. After cleaning the room there was a towel with blood stains.
Room was nice and clean with a view to the river. Good location next to the subway and some restaurants. Friendly staff. Looks good for families with young children.

Bathroom very small, and the room was a bit small.
We made a last minute reservation, but it worked out well. The front desk was very pleasant and helped us find a place to store our bicycles. The beds were comfortable, and the room clean.

The soap bottle wasn't refilled even after a room cleaning. The Nespresso machine didn't work either. The staff didn't properly give an indication on where to park because the location they prescribed initially was for taxi parking only.

Check-in time is quite long (3pm) for the early flight arrival. It took us until 4.30pm to finally get the room. Also, we came 3 persons as a family but our rooms are different floors so it's not convenient to visit each other rooms.
The room has a good size for staying not too small. Facility is clean. Breakfast is good with a variety of food. Overall it's a good experience here. The staffs also very nice and friendly.

Not so much didn't like, but the gym would benefit from more weights, either fixed via a machine or free weights. A small grumble.
The hotel location was excellent for my visit. Close to the centre of town and really close to the underground to get to the work environment that I needed to get to. The hotel was also very efficient and professional, facilitating an early checkin and ensuring early room availability having arrived into Vienna on an early flight.

It is not that I didn't like it, it is just that it was a bit strange, the toilet in the room is separate from the sink and the bathtub, so one have to run between toilet and sink for hand washing. No problem, but... why bathtub? It is rather deep, without any handles to keep you safe when exiting slippery bathtub. Not for elderly... One more thing that was first for me (it might be completely normal for others), dining room is not big enough, so guests have to wait to be seated in the morning for breakfast. And line can get a bit long. Girl with short hair, a bit rude...
Guy on the front desk was very kind. Room was OK, one big bed and one pull out bed. Clean. Towells were changed daily even if we didn't leave them on the floor. Complementary water in the fridge in the room. Breakfast was good, there were many options for one to choose from. Location is great, 15mins form Stephen's cathedral, by foot. Metro station is near.

Unable to control the room temprature. It was too hot in the room and the AC was not enabled. Open the window and traffic noise.
