We stayed at this hotel in Vienna for a weekend family trip of three, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a 3-star experience at best. The booking clearly mentioned parking for an additional fee, but no reservations were possible, and when we arrived, there was no parking available. The rooms were small and quite unattractive. While the staff was okay, they didn’t offer any extra value or exceptional service. Breakfast was an additional €26 per person, which felt unreasonable, especially since there are two excellent breakfast places just a 2-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a great meal for €10-15. The restaurant on the ground floor was also overpriced, serving very poor-quality food. Overall, the stay was much too expensive for what we received. The only real positive was the location, with two metro stations close by.

Very poorly managed, NO belboy, NO help. The parking is about 300 meters away. The reception staff is very unprofessional. Really should do better but cost cutting must have reached epic proportions.

Room cleaning was worst. Even if we put the cleaning tag while going outside, the rooms were not cleaned. Also the reception was not picking up the calls when called them.

Location is best, Nestroyplatz is the nearest metro to commute to whole city. Also tram stop is at walking distance and good breakfast points and eateries are very nearby.

The executive room was too small, smaller as promoted on booking.The wc was in one room, without a sink and in another room the sink and the bath tube. The toilet'door was right next to the entrance door, couldn't be opened in the same time. It was horrible, never going back again.

The cycle path, not the path per se, just the speed that they came down there at. May be an idea to get them to slow down as they approach hotel entrance. Just an idea.

Clean and spacious, temperature control was excellent, needed as it was 34 outside!. The location was perfect, a short walk to U1, plenty within a short walk, too. Having a fridge in the room was a godsend.

Terrible room, bad toilet

Everything is bad about this. Room was extremely small and I booked it for 3, which was mentioned. It was cramped. Toilet layout was terrible. AC had issues and cooling was insufficient. They couldn’t do anything. Total waste of money.

The hotel is really good and room as expected clean and comfortable location is relatively close to main transportation and if you like to walk so you can walk to downtown around 20 minutes walk, the area has nice restaurants and Shisha bar, supermarkets, coffee shops and all what you need. If I go again to Vienna definitely I will go there.

We booked a room for disabled people. BUT, only the toilet was designed for disabled person, and the room had a bathtub !! How can a disabled guy jump into a bathtub? Even though we put the cleaning room sign, they did not clean the room.
