The air con in our room didn’t seem to work, which we didn’t think would impact us much in mid March but the room definitely felt stuffy. The hairdryer was also a little bit awkward to use as you had to press a button down constantly when using. The double bed was also two single beds pushed together with separate duvets - not the worst, just not what we expected from a double room. Our room was by the lifts which also meant it got a bit noisy in the mornings, particularly with the guests leaving

The location suited us for exploring Innerstadt, and accessing public transport. It was particularly handy to get to the airport from here, and only took 35 minutes on the train. The room was always clean, with fresh towels and water every day. Staff seemed friendly, and they put our luggage to one side on our final day prior to our leaving, which was very handy

When we checked IN the receptionist told us that breakfast is included, when we get the breakfast they forced us to pay 52€ for the worst breakfast ever, the breakfast was so poor it doesn’t worth 5€

The facilities were basic . Beds were uncomfortable. For one night it was fine .

- the room could have been cleaner (the bed sheets were stained, which was a really unpleasant surprise; there were strings of dust all over the ceiling; the bed headboard was stained) - one of the lamps from the nightstand area was not working and it was not well attached to the wall either, it definitely needed to be changed as it wobbled, was not functional and looked unprofessional

- the staff was very kind and professional; - the location was great (close to the city centre and to the bus station that takes you to the airport)

Cleaning the room was ok but superficial, vacuum cleaning was not done at all for the 5 days stay. Breakfast is OK, but kind of boring, the same and without variation for my 5 days stay.

If you use the rain shower without paying attention, it might flood. The room is a bit small.

The location is excellent, in a walking distance to many attractions. The heat works greatly during winter. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The pillows are terrible. I suggest they invent better pillows, I met 2 other customers at the reception who had the same opinion as me.

The housekeeping knocked on my door and let themselves in two times for no reason, first after I had just checked in and again in the early morning hours before check-out time. This was very uncomfortable, considering I could have been getting ready at the time of their intrusion. The towels could smell better; they smelled like they hadn’t dried properly the last time they were cleaned. The breakfast needs more options for warm food, especially in winter. For the price they charge, it would not be a bad idea to have two bottles of beer or one beer and one soda beverage together with the water offering. Apart from the issues above, my stay was a good one, and I would be happy to give them another chance.

The staff was multilingual, which is amazing for Austria. They were friendly and quick with service. The dinner was amazing, so the food at the restaurant was quite exceptional. The location, environment, and room were up to a good standard.

Hard to accept that the Bar was out of basic wines and mixers, during a busy holiday season!

Reception and breakfast staff were extremely helpful, the evening bar staff less so. Room, location and breakfast suited us very well.

The noise of the aircon/heating was so loud we couldn’t sleep it said off on the switch we brought to staffs attention and said we could move rooms or offered earplugs. We were already in nightwear for a very early flight home so didn’t move rooms.The earplugs didn’t make a difference so didn’t really sleep. A but if city noise too bin men and people in the street.

I scored the room low for a good reason as the price was not cheap, whereas the room for two people was exceptionally small. It lacked storage space, in fact there was no closed cupboard as such and our clothes were on display like in a shop. The shower room and toilet is best described as bijou, very cramped with little to no space to put ones toiletries. Don't expect any kind of special view, although this was not a consideration for the rating.

The location of the property is second to none with regards Vienna old town, the centre being just a 5 min walk and most attractions within a 15-20min stroll. Public transport is also just a 3 min walk which includes trams and underground and from that respect superb if you wish to go further afield. Breakfast was also very good providing an excellent choice of hot and cold buffet foods and an extra selection may be ordered from an additional menu. Staff were excellent, who all spoke English and exceptionally eager to help in any way. Security to the rooms was also notably good as lifts were pass protected etc. The room was quiet even though we were on the street side, no noise was heard and AC was was a great asset during our hot stay. Housekeeping done everyday unless you choose to omit a day or so by choice.

Air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. Hotel could have advise me of the situation before my arrival. Would have switch to there sistrr hotel actross the river.
