We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Upon my arrival I was given a terrible room. Terrible in that it was dirty: the sheets were not washed, the carpets dirty, the floor in the washroom and the counter top with espresso machine with hair... I hardly slept. In the morning I have asked for a different, clean room. I was given a new room, which was cleaned. That said, on the last night I saw a bug... good that it was the last night. I do not think I will go back to this hotel.

IrelandOnly bit of negativity was breakfast bit expensive at Euro 20.00 per person. And, road works / pipe laying going on at time during day. Noisy, BUT not the fault of the hotel and can be excused.
Very friendly staff who can speak most European languages such as French, Italian and English.Ideal location and very close to U Bhan and bus to and from Vienna Airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
