Pillows were too soft/ insubstantial, even with an additional one. Juice not so good (powdered?)

Breakfast varied and plentiful. Excellent fruit, muesli, cold and hot options. Spa area excellent with steam and sauna, UV and other areas as well as loungers. Note that it is designated 'textile free' i.e. naked other than towels.

The room was located on the ground floor near the night entrance, and sleeping was completely impossible due to the noise from partying young people.

The food was good enough but I have had much better in equivalent 4 star Austrian hotels - they could do better here.

The staff were super friendly and helpful especially the bar and reception staff. The hotel was beautifully kept and well maintained with nice facilities.

Nothing to do with the hotel but can´t understand why so many people take their mobiles to the spa. Why not just chill out and relax for a while!

All staff I met with were excellent, efficient and friendly. Breakfast and evening meals were superb. The spa was great for chilling out after a hard days skiing. The bedroom was very comfortable with magnificent views of the village and Kitzbuhler Horn

Smoking is still allowed on balconies. We are non-smokers and were subjected to cigarette smoke from the neighbor's balcony every half hour, which was really annoying. 3 course dinner at EUR 38.00 per person was too expensive and had to be ordered in the morning. Since we never knew when we return from our excursions, we only ate there one time. There are plenty of other restaurants in town that offer good food at a reasonable price.

We cannot fault the hotel, it was everything we wanted and more.

We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped foot in the door. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive (especially Dalija & Fabijan, they were amazing). The room was very spacious, including the bathroom and the food was delicious with plenty of choice and excellent waiting staff.

This is a 4 stars hotel, we were expecting rooms to be fully equipped as a 4 state hotel! Rooms didn’t have luggage rack, hair shampoo or any other toiletiers other than hand soap that looks like a public bathroom quality! Towels were old and overused, pillows were low quality flat feather pillows. On top of all, the hotel was over heated which made it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, not a good experience.
